"The infamous Elena Stewart!" I made out a voice trailing behind me.

"It's been a while since I last saw you. I believe it was in the street wasn't it?" Harry spoke, appearing right behind me.

"Jesus you scared me," I mumbled, holding my chest. "You're a very quiet walker." I pointed out, making him snicker. "But yeah, it happened to be," I responded, shutting my locker after putting away most of my things.

Harry observed me as I did, his dark eyes following my movements. His body was against the lockers, his leg propped up as well. "I was wondering if you'd like to catch a coffee or something."

"Sure," I answered almost urgently. "I really need to get out anyways."

"Alright, let's go." He walked ahead of me, strolling towards the door out.

"I still have one more period, Harry."

"Sucks for them that you won't be there." He smirked, putting out his hand. "Cmon, it's last period. No one will notice."

I hesitated, looking back at his hand and then back to the class I was supposed to be heading to. I had barely started school here and an attendance that already seemed patchy wouldn't look good on college applications.

"If you don't want to go that's fine. I can always coffee by myself.. all alone..no one to comfort me..." Harry made a pouty face, using a whiny tone.

"Fine," I answered. "Only cause of your pouty face." I rested my hand on him, his grip tightening over.

His hand was rough, filled with calluses that I assumed were from working out. He was fairly muscular from what I could see even though he was wearing clothes. His grip was tight, yet still comforting. Even though his personality was comforting, the back of my brain was yelling at me since the first day I met him.

"Why would want to hang out with some girl younger than you?" I laughed, swinging our hands as he led me towards the coffee shop.

"What do you think?" He answered glancing back at me then back at the sidewalk.

"Cause I'm new and I don't really know you so well yet?" I questioned, shrugging.

He laughed as an answer, letting go of my hand as we got closer to the shop. Harry turned the corner, just arriving at the coffee shop. The sign read in all capital letters,' Sweetleaf'. Noticeably inside, it seemed cozy and warm. A nice place to hang out for teens, or young adults to chill and relax.

He opened the door for me, letting me inside first. He stood behind me for a few moments letting me observe the cafe. It was fairly small, seats all next to the large opened windows with booths by the walls and corners. There were tables seated in sections in the middle of the cafe, leaving space between the counter and seating area.
