Olivia

I don't think Aline is very happy with Winter and I making up. Whenever I talk to Winter and she's around, she sulks and glares at me. I would love to warn Winter but I know Aline makes her really happy and don't have the heart to do it.

I was walking back from Remedial Charms which Winter and I have been taking for the past week. No one knows what to make of us because we're doing so well in Remedial classes but so poorly in regular class. As I was thinking about this, I was suddenly pulled into a corridor. I whirled around, pulling out my wand and standing in front of me, was Jessica. "Jess! You scared me so bad!" I complained.

"You completely forgot about me ever since school started!" she said. "I wanna show you something and you're not going to believe it!" Winter stepped out from the shadows.

"Seriously? I see her face everyday! Why are you showing me Winter?" I asked. I looked closely at her tie and it was a Ravenclaw tie and her shirt was tightly tucked, unlike Winter's style. "That's not Winter."

She stepped closer to me and looked at my face closely, "I didn't believe Jessica but..." She examined my face as I did hers. "How do we look exactly alike?" It didn't make any sense to me either. Unless...

"When did you go to Diagon Alley this summer?"

"Last day of summers, in the morning. Why?"

"Oh my god! I'm gonna get back to you guys in a bit. I have to run, bye!" I yelled and ran to the common room to find Ian.

Winter

I was walking to the Ravenclaw common room to return Olivia's parchment when she knocked me over. She looked wild, which was incredibly rare for her and said, "You aren't going to believe me but we have a triplet."

"I'm sorry, what?" I asked, clueless. Had she really lost her mind this time? Or could she just not accept being bad at something?

"Jess showed me this girl and I thought she was you at first. She's a second year, same age as us and she was in Diagon Alley on the last day of vacations."

"No freaking way!"

"I don't feel like talking to a doorknob of all things right now," Olivia groaned and knocked. The doorknob asked, "Take away the whole and some still remains. What is it?"

"I don't know... the word wholesome?" she guessed.

"Correct!"

"How do you just do that? I would be puzzling over that for days!" I asked, bemused.

"I actually did get stranded outside for a whole night after spending too much time in the library," Olivia admitted, as we walked inside. She walked to Ian, sitting in their bay window. "You won't believe it... we have a triplet."

"Who? What? When? Where? And how??" He asked, befuddled. We quickly filled him in as she (the triplet) walked into the common room with Jess. I had an internal panic attack as she made a beeline for us.

"Hi...this is weird.." she said to us.

"No kidding," I replied.

"We need to explain something to you and you might need to sit down..," Olivia said, not skipping a beat. She and Ian explained our whole story.

"So, I'm your long-lost triplet-twin-power-source-thing," she asked, slightly confused. Which is a major understatement.

"Pretty much," Olivia replied like it was the most normal thing in the world.

"So...what are you going to do about it?" asked ... and I realised I didn't know her name...

"What's your name?" I blurted out.

"Thanks for remembering to ask... Summer, Summer Cooper," she replied, coolly.

"But if you're our triplet, you would be Summer Hall, right?" asked Olivia.

"I prefer to go by my foster family's name, not the family that threw me out," Summer said. Ouch.

"I'm so sorry, Summer. I wish you had been our sister. I don't understand why mom and dad would do such a thing and keep it from us," Olivia said, her eyes were bright.

"Well, what are we going to do about this triplet situation?" Summer asked, impatiently.

"We're going to go tell the teachers. Do they know you live with a foster family?" Olivia asked, the gears in her mind turning.

"Yes, they do."

"So, that's all the proof we need, right?"Olivia checked.

"I think so," is all Summer replied and walked away.

"Holy merlin! This just gets weirder and weirder..." remarked Ian. Olivia and I jumped, we had forgotten he was there.

"Tomorrow, we talk to Headmistress Granger..." said Olivia, her face suddenly grim.
