"The town-wide amnesia case in Yukon, Canada, which had happened a week at an unknown time has stirred up a frenzy in the other towns, while the town itself remains calm as visitors overcrowd it, trying to find out what happened to make all of them lose their memories. However, it is still a mystery to all, including the government-" CLICK.

"You wielded the Memory Collector quite well, Konju," Chaos complimented him as the 3 of us sat in the treehouse, watching the news on the TV that Chaos had gotten for us. Konju smiled a bit as he thanked Chaos for the compliment.

"So, Chaos-san, can you please explain what all of that was about?" I asked him. "Why did Tomako believe that he was the rightful Fate Changer?"

"... I fear you might get terrified should I tell you the story," Chaos admitted. "Do you still want to hear it?

"Well, we deserve the right to know, don't we?" Konju frowned a bit. "I mean, that guy hypnotised me and nearly killed Ruke Ruke."

"I agree. No matter how terrifying that story is, we can handle it," I agreed.

"... Very well then. Feel free to ask questions too, for this is going to be quite the confusing story," Chaos sighed. The two of us nodded, and so he began his story.

"A few years back, during World War 1, I had been desperate to find a Fate Changer, since that time's Fate Changer had died during the war. In my desperate state, I chose Tomako when he was a teen, telling him everything about the Undiscovered Natures, hoping that he would turn out to be a good Fate Changer who could end the war.

"However, I was proven wrong when I saw that Tomako had, instead, allowed World War 2 to happen, and continued start wars and discord all over the world. Quickly realising my mistake, I stripped him of his status and gave it to a newborn baby. Full of rage over losing his power, he swore to bring me down, and wrote a book about how to destroy protagonists, sending it out to other villains. We managed to burn all the copies, but he escaped and gathered his own disciples, eventually gaining the title of Dark Balancers.

"Was he always that power-obsessed?..." Konju mumbled.

"Yes, unfortunately he was. He's the complete definition of a spoilt person. I blame myself for not judging correctly in my desperate state," Chaos hung his head (?) in shame (?).

"Hey, it's okay. You couldn't have known how it would have resulted," I comforted him.

"Thank you, Aruke," he smiled a bit(?).

"No problem," I grinned back.

"But at any rate..." Konju frowned. "I highly doubt those books he wrote could have been destroyed that easily. He was influential, so he could have spread it out more."

"True," I nodded in agreement.

"Sa, who knows?" Chaos shrugged(?). "But at any rate, you guys did a great job."

"That was RukeRuke, not me."

"Was not, KonKon. You helped too."

"Was too."

"Was not."

"Was too."

"Was not."

"Was too."

After a while of silence, the two of us burst out laughing as Chaos watched us with a smile(?).
