"Kaycee, will you go out with me?" Sean asked

"Sean, you put me through more emotional conflict of interest this past month then I think any human should," Kaycee said

"...I'm sorry," Sean said

"But I'm happy that I did," Kaycee said "I honestly didn't know how to handle you liking me but what I know now is that I'm happy I did"

Kaycee grabbed Sean's hands making him look her in the eye "I might have not made the best decisions up to this point, no help to our friends, but I'm 100% sure of this move" Kaycee said

"So, I guess I'll ask again before my heart stops from the anticipation," Sean said as Kaycee giggled "Kaycee will you go out with me?"

"...yes," Kaycee said as he hugged her, twirling her around in the air with huge smiles on their faces

Next thing when Sean set Kaycee down was that Kaycee went for the kiss with their friends in the background silently cheering

"So, I take that as a sign you really like me," Kaycee said as they separated from the kiss

"I guess you can say that," Sean said as they giggled/laughed softly

"Am I your final decision?" Kaycee asked

"Of course," Sean said, "Am I?"

"You're mine now Lew," Kaycee said kissing him "I got you in Checkmate"

Sean leaned in for the kiss but Kaycee just slowly bent back shying away from the kiss, Sean noticed only air on his lips and stopped

"What's wrong?" Sean asked

"I guess after all this, I've had time to think of my feelings, you, Gabe, our friends everything..." Kaycee started "And I really enjoy having you in my life"

"Then... what's the issue?" Sean asked

"I guess I've been trying to see if I liked you as more than a friend," Kaycee said "I know I don't like you like a brother, but the feeling of I want you by my side doesn't seem romantic or sexual or even lustful"

"But the guys said you were jealous of Jenna"

"I wouldn't say jealous per se but when I learned you like me over a month ago, I felt a kind of way when another girl was interested in you, or when you were interested in Jenna" Kaycee said "I and clearly everyone else thought it was jealousy but I realized it wasn't because I loved you because I thought I would lose you"

"Lose me?"

"You're my best friend, and I just knew if you asked out Jenna I would lose you"

"That's not true"

"She's a dancer, watches the same shows, nice, pretty, already friends with Josh and Bailey, I would be replaced after two weeks," Kaycee said

"No, you wouldn't be replaced, nobody can replace you," Sean said

"You promise?" Kaycee said

"Of course," Sean said

"Friends?"

"..." Sean said "Sure, best friends"

Kaycee and Sean shared a hug making their friends come over

"So..." Bailey said

"Friends!" Kaycee said as everyone groaned "What?!"

"Nothing, as long as you're happy," Tahani said

"We went through all that for this?" Julian whispered to Josh

"You okay?" Charlize asked Sean

"I'll be better" Sean admitted

"I think we can sneak into the lunchroom to finish our lunch" Josh suggested

"Sounds good, let's go, gang," Kaycee said as they started to walk away

"Hey there will be a girl out there for you," Charlize said giving Sean a kiss on the cheek "Trust me sometimes you just gotta make a move"
