Trapped

Chapter 2

Jeong-Hui

"Dong-Min! I got it! I got my acceptance letter!" I said excitingly to the taller male. I ran up to him not caring around the place we were or the people around. 

"Did you get in?" he asked. He looked just as excited as me, probably not for the right reason though.

"I don't know. I wanted to find out with you," I said looking at him in the eye. I opened the letter carefully not wanted to even crumble it a little. It seemed like everything was in slow motion as I opened the letter. 

Dear Yi Jeong-Hui,

Congratulations!

It was all I had to read to start yelling. This was my dream university and I was going with Dong-Min my favorite person on this planet.

"I got in!" I screamed in happiness hugging him like there was no tomorrow.

"And your letter?" I asked I was excited to see his acceptance letter.

"About that, Jeong-Hui, I was accepted in an entertainment company," he said looking towards the floor. My heart dropped right where he was looking.

"And your going..." I didn't want to believe it. I didn't want to believe he would leave me.

"I'm so sorry," he said finally looking into my eyes.

"No, it's okay, go chase your dreams. I'll be here," I smiled. I didn't want to cry, I wasn't going to cry. I just hugged him, wished him luck, and left finally letting the tears flow.

After I got the food, I walked as fast as I could. Along the way, I saw someone who would change the rest of my life for the good. 

"Hey! Do I know you?" a boy asked me. I really wanted to say I could recognize him but I couldn't see his features beneath the hat, sunglasses, and masks.

"Ummm... I don't know..." I was getting tense. I didn't know him and his voice didn't seem familiar. Did he want to hurt me as they did? 

He must have noticed my confused and scared manner, as he took his sunglasses and pulled his mask down. "Do you know me?" he asked. He looked familiar, but I couldn't place my finger on it.

"I don't think I do?" I answered it sounded more like a question than a statement. 

"Really? Cause my name is MJ and I'm from Astro. Haven't you heard of me?" he asked. Everything came into place, he's in Dong-Min's group.

"Oh! Now I do!" I yelled, thinking before talking, "But how do you know me?"

"I don't know," he questioned, also thinking before talking, "What's your name?"

"Yi Jeong-Hui," I said. My stomach had a bad feeling like a rush of nerves before an exam. 

"Oh! From Eun-woo!" He yelled excitingly. I never knew someone would mention his name to me in person. My heart physically hurt, a feeling I never thought I would ever feel in my life. 

"MJ!" I heard a voice yell. I turned my head to see a group of males walking towards me, all with sunglasses and a mask. What if he saw me with all these men, he would be furious.

"Who are you talking to?" one of the males said. 

"I know we haven't been able to date in a while, but I didn't know you would date right away," another one said in a teasing tone.

"No! This is Eunwoo's friend!" MJ yelled discarding the idea of dating right away.

"Who?" Another one said.

"Yi Jeong-Hui!" MJ screamed annoyed.

"Oh!" The 4 males responded finally putting the puzzle pieces together.

"Let's get Eunwoo! He'll be so happy!" one of the men said. 

"Actually I must get going, my boyfriend's waiting for me," I said. The 5 men froze when I said 'boyfriend'. 

I turned walking away as fast as I could, scared, hopefully, he isn't mad.

"Jeong-Hui! Why are you so late! I'm hungry," he yelled at me.

"Sorry, there was some traffic," my head down scared of him hitting me.

"What are you waiting for? Go study!" his voice raised, pointing towards my room. 

I walked to towards my room, immediately going back to study the rest of the day, not stopping to rest at all. I thought I would never see him again, but I shouldn't be surprised it would've happened sooner or later.
