Quite the transition, as the Provincial Exam day approached, Hailey forced herself to practice both of her ultimate moves, her newest one the less. After the fourth day, she became very timid when it came to the subject of the paralysis wave.
Despite Mr Aizawa's words being encouraging, Hailey saw the quirk as some sort of last resort, in fear of hurting someone.
But nonetheless, like everyone else in her class, she worked as hard as she could.
When training was over, she decided to read through some of her first aid and rescue training basic books. This was not only to pass the time, but maybe it would be useful during the exam or future internships.
Hailey was now talking to Midoriya, Kaminari and Kirishima about their costume upgrades.
"Duuuude! You guys look totally awesome!" She exclaimed, her eyes sparkling.
"You too, Hails, I think everyone looks pretty badass!" Kirishima grinned.
"Yeah do you wanna see my new power booster?!" Kaminari was excited and motioned to the device on his wrist.
"Yeah!-"
Suddenly, Vlad King interrupted the class, telling them to get out, since Class B had the gym scheduled for the afternoon.
"You aren't trying to take the gym when we have ten minutes left, are you?" Mr Aizawa inquired to his colleague.
Then of course, Monoma had to speak up. "Hey did you hear that the license exam have a fifty percent pass rate? That means your entire class might fail."
"Shut uuppppp," Hailey groaned, "literally you are wasting everyone's time."
Then everyone was informed that Class A and Class B were to take the exam different days, there's one in June and one in September, and the exams were held in three different places. This was because they didn't want students from the same place fighting.
Monoma then out a snark, "How sad, we won't be able to face against each other directly." Then began laughing.
"Oh please, you're just relieved that we won't be the ones responsible for you failing. I'm sure Bakugou wouldn't hesitate for sure." Hailey glared.
The students realized that there would be other students from other schools going to that exam, as well as this class being of first years. Me Aizawa acknowledged that all of those were true, his students would be facing off against students who have training longer than them and had quirks that his students will not know.
"The actual content of the exam is a mystery, but you can expect that you're going to have a rough time." He explained, "Try not to get hung up about that, but keep it in mind."
"Yes Sir!"

Night feel and Hailey was sitting with the girls in the common area. She sipped I'm her chocolate milk and had her feet elevated and iced.
"Uggggh! Why is this so hard?!" Mina whined, referring to the training.
Yaoyarozu agreed that it was tough and that it was strange to think that the test was a week away.
Hagakure asked the girls about their ultimate moves, each giving the honest answer that they were coming along, some lacking in something.
"How about you, Hailey?" Tsuyu inquired.
"Yeah on the fourth day, did something happen?" Jirou questioned, feeling concerned.
Hailey sighed, "I've got that one move from the Final Exam almost perfect, but when coming up with my second... it's not something I'm happy or comfortable with." She admitted.
