Nova's P.O.V

While savoring this moment before we headed back to Germany i felt a very sharp hurtful pain sore through my abdomen. Looking at Vem i think she felt the same thing to. A few seconds i felt something wet trickle down my leg. "Nova please tell me that is the water from the water fall" Vem said wincing again. Shit hell no i don't think it was girl" i said as Gray and Jax came over to us. Latching on to Gray and Vember latching on the Jax we both yelled trying so hard to tell them our water just broke.

"Hey baby whats wrong" Gray said rubbing my belly. "Gray the babies are coming" i said squeezing his hand really hard. "Wait what" both of the men said. "Our water broke!" me and Vem yelled as we both got hit with another wave of contractions.

"Okay Nova November breath ladies we're almost their" Gray said as he sped to our family hospital. "I don't see why you didn't want to go to the hospital in Paris" Jax said which made me glare at him. "Gray baby unlock the door please" i said groaning as another contraction hit me. "Why baby whats wrong" he said looking in the review mirror. "SO I CAN PUSH JAX OUT OF THE FUCKING CAR"! I yelled as a contraction hit me hard as fuck.

"No Gray do not unlock the door" Jax said pointing at Gray before he rubbed me and Vember's stomach. "I'm sorry okay calm down Nova and breath" Jax said as he kept rubbing our stomachs. "Grayson how far are we" Vember said groaning as she arched her back off the car seat. "We're here November we're here" he said as the car came to a halt.

"Okay Jax lets go have some babies" Gray sajd as he got out the car and picked up Vember slowly. "Ahh shit" i said as Jax picked me up. "I'm sorry did i hurt you"? Jax asked with a worried look. "Hey be careful with her" Gray said looking at Jax before they carried us in the hospital."Hey excuse us Mrs. Blackwell they are going into labor right now" Gray said as our family doctor got the male doctors to carry me and Vember to the delivery room.

"Okay guy's wait in here until we get them settle in the rooms" Doctor Blackwell said. "Okay thanks doc" i said as me and Jax sat down and waited for them to call us to the back.

*A Few Minutes later*
"Okay they're ready and they're about to go into labor Jax go to room 123 and Gray go to room 124 across from room 123" the doctor said as she grabbed a clip board before going to room 126. "Okay thanks Doctor" Me and Jax said before we split ways. Walking in the room i saw Nova crying and sweating.

"Hey bebe hey shush it's okay I'm here" i said removing her hair from her sweaty face. "Ughhh please can i push" Nova groaned as she arched her back. "Not yet Nova you're not crowning once i see the head of the baby then you can push" the nurse said. "Please let me push them out" she yelled. "Ma'am how many are you pregnant with" the nurse said looking at Nova. She's pregnant with three" i said looking at Nova as she bit her bottom lip.

"All Triplets" the nurse said with a shocked expression. "Yeah me and m-my bestfriend are pregnant with Triplets" Nova said as she groaned and pushed. "Nova you can't push baby not yet" i said rubbing her stomach. "Please let me push p-please" she said crying really hard. "God please let this be a smooth birth" i said to myself as i tried to calm my wife down.

Jaxon's P.O.V
"Hey baby how you holding up" i said walking up to her hospital bed kissing her forehead and rubbing her stomach. "I'm ready to push them out of me though" she said groaning a little bit. "Okay Mrs. Brookes you're not crowning yet but once i see the first babies head then you can push okay momma" the nurse said propping her feet up so Vember could be ready to push. "I don't think i can wait any longer these babies are ready" Vem said arching her back and biting her lip to keep from screaming.

"Wait Mama you can't push yet" the nurse said. "Please let me push please" we heard Nova scream since she was across from me. "November baby are you okay" i heard Jax say as another pain went through me. "N-no I'm not, im ready to push can i push nurse" Vember said crying as she held her stomach. "Okay ladies you're ready to push" we heard the nurse say to Nova before she closed her door and as our nurse walked in and closed our door.

"Okay push for me mama" the nurse said as she looked under the hosiptal blanket to see the babies head. "Ughhh" Vember yelled as she pushed hard enough. "I see the head Mama one more push" the nurse said as she pushed one more time and the babies came out. "Oh my you have all boys Mrs. Brookes congrats" the nurse said as she placed the first born in the hospital bed then the second born then the last born. "My beautiful boys" i heard Vember say right before we heard Gray yell out.

Grayson's P.O.V
"Okay mama give me a big push okay push big for me" the nurse said as she looked at Nova heart rate in the monitor. "U-ughhh Hphmm" Nova yelled as we heard the screams of Vember's and our babies. "Two beautiful girls and a handsome baby boy congrats mama and sir" the nurse said as she place the first born in the hospital bed then the second born then the last which is our baby boy.

"You did wonderful Bebita" i said kissing her lips before she closed her eyes slowly. "Yes rest babygirl rest for me" i said as i walked over to my beautiful girls and handsome boy. While watching them sleep a nurse came over and tapped me.

"Hey Grayson someone wants to see you in room 126" the doctor said giving me a sympathetic smile. "Who is it Mrs. Blackwell" i said staring at her and watching her face expression. "Just go son" she said as tears slipped her eyes. Leaving the room and going to room 126 i saw my mom. I have got to say when Jax told me she had a broken arm and a few scratches i didn't know it would look like this.

"Hey my son how are you" my mom said in a dry voice. "Hey momma are you okay" i said kneeling by her bed. "No darling I'm about to leave" she said as a tear slipped her eyes. "What do you mean momma" i said wiping her tear away. "I mean son I'm dying" she said half smiling at me. "No momma you're going to bounce back" i said as tears slipped my eyes. "I'm done fighting I've been fighting since you were in highschool baby and that crash that happened yesterday did me wrong" she said as tears kept coming.

"W-what do you mean m-mom" i said crying harder as i kept wiping her tears. "Baby boy I've been fighting ovarian cancer thats why i couldn't have any kids after you thats why i adopted Jax" she said coughing. "Mom why didn't you tell me i could have got you fix" i said looking at her as she smiled back at me. "Gray im tired of hurting, son i want you to take care of your family for me okay" she said smiling warm heartedly at me.

"Yes ma'am i will, i want you to see the last three" i said cupping her cheek as i called a nurse. "Yes Gray whats the problem" the doctor's daughter said walking in. "Can you and your mom bring in me and Jax babies" i said smiling warmly at her. "Im sorry Gray but we can't, right now we are trying to revive Nova" she said looking at the floor.

"What happened to her" i said standing to my feet holding my mom's weak hand. "After she gave birth we thought she went to sleep but she actually passed out and she's trying to come back but she just won't" she said which made everything stop as tears blurried my view. "Please Gray go me with your wife im fine" i heard my mom say. "Mom i can be here for both of you guys" i said kneeling back beside her.

"G-gray s-son my b-baby boy you and Jax have grown so much and i l-love you guys with all my heart" was the last thing she said before her monitor went flat line. "N-no m-momma please no i l-love you s-so m-much" i yelled as i kissed her cheek and held her lifeless hand. "I'm so sorry Gray would you like to be by your wife right now" the nurse said.

"Oh shit Nova my baby girl" i said before i ran to her room and saw the doctors working on her. After getting her stable the nurses and doctors left. "Nova baby if you can hear me right now i just lost my mom and i can't loose you please baby p-please don't leave me" i said crying silently as i rested my head in her lap and intertwine our hands.

"Forever More Bebita Forever More" i said before darkness consumed me.
