Lindsay and Sierra came home later in the afternoon with a multitude of bags from the various stores. They placed them all on the table, hoping to do some sorting before the boys got home.

"What'd you get for Savana and Michael? I feel they'll be the easiest to sort out." Sierra stared at the pile in front of her. She looked over at Lindsay, who stared at the small bag in front of her. It was a small bag with tons of tissue paper inside. The strings were tied up in an over exaggerated bow. She stared at it solemnly.

"I can't do it. I can't tell him." She shook her head as she looked up at Sierra. "He'll tell me he doesn't want it or that I should get rid of it. I can't handle that."

Sierra pulled a chair up next to her, "Listen, whether he wants it or not, I know Savana and I will be there for you no matter what. We'll love being aunties to the little baby! You know Ashton'll spoil them, too."

"I know, but it's technically his kid. I assume he'd like a say in them." She took a deep breath before picking up the small bag, "I'll do it. I'll just go set this on the bed, and he'll open it and be happy and surprised."

"That's the spirit!" Sierra jumped out of her seat, "When you're done with that, I'm going to need some help with organizing."

Lindsay stopped her stride, "Okay, yeah, totally. I'm gonna go for just a sec though." She hurried off to the bathroom, and Sierra could only assume it was for a symptom.

She started without her friend, trying to hurry through and get done before anyone arrived home.

Lindsay took deep breaths as she sat on the couch watching Nicole Byer ridicule bad cakes. She shook her leg before getting a feeling in her stomach again. Every snack she'd eaten in worry and every sip of ginger ale and water were to no avail. She hurried off to the bathroom and hunched over the toilet, every bit of food and drink spilling out of her mouth. She heard the garage door start opening, though, but couldn't make it to the living room or her bedroom in time. Niall had to find out while Lindsay's morning sickness kicked her ass.

"Babe?" She heard from down the hall as Niall and Liam's footsteps echoed through the nearly empty house. Lindsay didn't answer, she knew he'd check the room for her before she said anything.

It went silent for a while before she heard his voice again, "Oh my g- Where's Lindsay?" His hurried footsteps raced all over before stopping and suddenly approaching the bathroom.

The door opened and Niall stood there, looking at Lindsay with his eyes wide. He was holding the bag in one hand and the onesie was bunched up in the other, "Lindsay, what is this?" He said quietly, in partial disbelief.

Lindsay smiled weakly, "Surprise. You're going to be a dad." She hoisted herself upright while Niall's mind wrapped around what she just said. She wrapped her arms around his neck. His hands shook. He wasn't angry at all, just surprised. He hugged back with hesitation.

Finally, he burrowed his head into her neck and hugged her tightly, "I-I'm going to be a dad. I'm going to be a dad!" He shouted as they pulled away from the hug. He turned around, leaving Lindsay in the bathroom with tears falling from her eyes, "Liam! I'm going to be a dad!" He shouted as he ran into the living room with the onesie still clutched in his hand. His smile was wider than his usual excitement smile, and it made Lindsay so happy.

"Calum, did you hear?" Niall spoke happily as Calum came up the stairs.

Calum looked at him, confused, "No? What happened?"

Niall grabbed his shoulders, "Lindsay's pregnant! I'm going to be a dad!" He could hardly contain his excitement, but Calum. was visibly upset at it.

"Oh, um, that's great. Absolutely fantastic." He gave a weak smile before storming into his room.

"Why him? At least before this happened, I had a chance with her. Why would she do this to me?" He grumbled as he pulled out an empty suit case. He threw every bit of clothes he could find into the bag and angrily packed everything he could.

Lindsay walked up to his door and opened it, "So I'm guessing you- what are you doing?"

"I'm moving in with Michael and Savana. They won't break my fucking heart and leave it shattered on the ground." He made a face, "You know, before you got knocked up, we could've been something, Lindsay. I would've treated you a lot better than he does and we could've been happy together. I was hoping to win you back, then we could have finally started our life together. Like it was meant to be."

"Calum," Lindsay said, "I'm married to Niall. There was no winning me back."

"So what if you were married? It's just a stupid fucking ring that no one cares about. Now you're going to have a baby that no one gives a fuck about, okay? I'm leaving because you don't know good when it's in front of your face." Calum grabbed his bag and packed it in the car before starting it and driving off to Savana and Michael's place, leaving Lindsay to wonder what she did to him to make him so angry.
