<p>Pete never left Patricks side the next<br />
two days after their small 'scene'. The omega wasn't used to this as much so as pete, he is a virgin remember and he was still in his headspace the next day and it was real bad for him when he dropped.</p>
<p>The alpha cradled patrick to his chest as he cried and whimpered when a whole bunch of emotions hit him at one, he was not used to this so the only thing he could do was cry which made pete feel guilt settle in his stomach to see the omega cry.</p>
<p>The second day was when patrick was bed ridden Because he could not move his body and he ached everywhere, not to mention he was sore. Pete still had to get his head around the dual thing. And he had to make the house childproof. Cough cough, mpreg.</p>
<p>Two days left till patrick was supposed to be in head and pete decided to spend this day watching movies and eating junk food. He has spent more than enough days sat infront of a computer typing away and scheduling artist to record and writing fucking paperwork, he done his part so now his employees can do the rest. While he takes care of his omega. Two fücking days...</p>
<p>Patrick limped to the sitting room, pete helping of course and he sat down with a grimace. Pete had gathered blankets and put Netflix on his playstation 4, ready with a lineup of movies for them to watch. He made a sort of like picnic thing with Apple and pear cider and ordered a pizza, not as fancy as he would usually do things but he didn't care and he didn't think patrick did as the omega dug into a slice of cheesy pizza and chugged down the cider.</p>
<p>They cuddled on the settee with patrick lying in petes lap because reasons and pete propped up against the arm of the chair stroking the omegas hair, who had his eyes closed in pleasure because it felt good for the alphas fingers to be taking through his hair.</p>
<p>"Are you ok baby" pete rough voice penetrated the air.<br />

<p>Pete could sense the omega was tired, so he encouraged the omega to sleep by whispering in his ear. He eventually heard Patricks breathing to even out and lay back so the omega could sleep comfortably. He couldn't help but worry about how much the omega was sleeping but then recalled something that he read online, or in a book?</p>
<p>It said omegas tend to sleep a lot more and frequently before their scheduled heat so they are able to preserve energy so their heats are only a few days rather than a week.</p>
<p>Not so many omegas actually went into a sort of 'hybernation' before their heat but apparently it was proven that omegas had shorter heats when they were well rested before their heat hit them. Pete guessed it was so they could mate more. But he would eventually did out.</p>
<p>It made pete think of how similar it is for alphas before they went into rut. Most alphas are completely fine and act the same before rut but some alphas form false knots before rut. It was also so ruts were shorter and few knots formed in rut.</p>
<p>Pete looked down at the sleeping omega and smiled, he had his one hand underneath him while the other was clenched grabbing petes shirt. He had a peaceful face that made him look younger. </p>
<p>The alpha stroked his finger down Patricks neck and over the tender flesh of his omega gland.</p>
<p>Traditionally alphas are supposed to bite the omega here to strengthen their bond when they first mate. Pete wouldn't know how it felt for omegas but he guessed it hurts. It was the most tender and sensitive part and well alphas aren't known for being soft or gentle when mating with an omega. Their instincts of knot and breed always kick in and many are too rough with omegas for it to be good. Many omegas have a vulnerable stage when in heat and that's when alphas need to be gentle. If alphas nowadays never knew when to be gentle to an omega then some would be completely fucked in the head and that's just horrible on the omegas behalf.</p>
<p>He pulled patrick close and made himself to promise to be gentle and care for patrick during his heat and when he hits that 'vulnerable stage'. He also swore that if patrick gets pregnant and he most likely will, because the author said so, then he will help patrick and care for both him and their unborn child(ren)?</p>
<p>Pete let out a yawn and realised all the movies had finished playing. He was thinking for than long?</p>
<p>Too lazy to move to the bedroom and for the sake of not waking up the young omega. Pete just turned off the TV and pulled the blankets over them both more.</p>
<p>He made a mental note to clean up the empty cider bottles an pizza boxes in the morning and also to ignore the more concentrated strawberry scent coming off of patrick who had most likely just reached his heat. He would deal with it in the morning. Besides the omega is sleeping. When it gets too much he will wake up and beg for pete to help him.</p>
<p>He eventually settled down and got comfortable with the familiar weight of the omega in his arms. He closed his eyes and drifted off to sleep to get some rest before patrick wakes him up with his heat hitting him.</p>
