<p>The ride to the hospital was long and it get both pete an patrick. The omega so in the case that he was in labour and every contraction that he got hit him harder and was more painful and pete could feel the pain his mate was going through and it made him feel hopeless.</p>
<p>"It's hurts" the omega whined, clutching his bump as another contraction hit him.</p>
<p>Pete was forced to drive faster. Breaking every speeding limit in hopes of getting the omega to the hospital in time for the babies arrival.</p>
<p>They got to the hospital in record time and pete rushed into the hospital carrying a crying patrick in his arms.</p>
<p>"He's in labour" pete shouted,</p>
<p>Many beta nurses rushed towards them both with a wheelchair and taking patrick off to a delivery room. Non detesting when the alpha followed behind.</p>
<p>They settled patrick onto the bed and changed him into the hospital gown. He screamed trough another contraction and squeezed pete's hand tightly. The nurses looked at the omega in sympathy and quickly cheeks his vitals and gave him an ultrasound.</p>
<p>One of the nurses walked out with papers and Dr Ross came in holding those papers. Pete was so confuse while patrick groaned through another contraction.</p>
<p>"Your too early to be in labour" he said walking towards the bed that patrick was lying on.</p>
<p>"Please..." He whimpered,</p>
<p>"Can you just deliver the babies?" Pete demanded holding the omegas hand, helping him through another painful contraction that pete felt as well as patrick.</p>
<p>Dr Ross hiked the omegas legs up and checked to see how dilated he is. Completely unfazed by patrick being a dual to petes surprise. They are considered rare after all. </p>
<p>"Ok omega Wentz. Push when you are ready" he said grabbing a towel to place by the omegas legs.</p>
<p>Patrick nodded an held petes hand tighter. Waiting for a contraction hit.</p>
<p>He cried out when one did and pushed with all his strength, squeezing petes hand tightly.</p>
<p>It was ten minutes until the first cries were heard and Dr Ross lifted up the squirming baby. The couple both let out gasps of pride but it was cut short when another contraction. A nurse came in to get the baby cleaned up as the doctor helped patrick push the other baby out.</p>
<p>Patrick collapsed out of exhaustion as the nurse came to clean up the second child. Pete gave patrick praises and kissed the omega profusely as he recovered from delivering twins.</p>
<p>"Well done baby" he praised,</p>
<p>The omega smiled and perked up when the door opened and the nurse rolled in a cot that held both twins.</p>
<p>Pete helped the omega sit up as the nurse settled the cot beside the bed. Nodding to pete as she walked out.<br />
He rushed to the cot and picked up one of the babies.</p>
<p>He smiled down at the small child with pride. He was bigger than the other one and looked so much like pete but shared the sad hair colour as patrick. He placed the baby in patrick awaiting arms and picked up th smaller one. He looked more like patrick but with petes hair colour and nose. He gently kissed his sons head and smiled brightly at patrick who was in awe at the twins. </p>
<p>The alpha places the second child in Patricks arms and smiled at his small family.</p>
<p>"Were parents" patrick smiled,</p>
<p>"We are" pete confirmed.</p>
<p>He sat down on the bed beside patrick and kissed the omegas cheek. Looking down at their two sons. He was happy and so was patrick.</p>
