Oddly enough I fell asleep on the counter and woke up on one of the comforts of the couches waking to the noise of idle chatter around me, peeking an eye open I spotted the bowl of noodles on the glass table not far from me.

So I hopped off and peered up pulling them from the bowl and into my mouth, the team talked and reminisced about past missions as my ears perked and I listened intently to their amazing stories and challenges they faced already.

"It seems we have a new fan" Nat glanced my way and I looked away pretending to be uninterested after being caught as the team chuckled and I received a pat to my head from Tony.

"I'll be sure to give you my autograph later" he commented as a couple of sniggers sounded from the group, looking back and up Loki had seemingly curled into the large armchair and the light of the lamp illuminated his features.

Thor let out a sigh as I glanced at him, he was looking up at his brother before he got up and walked over to the small set of stairs that lead to a path in the room a couple meters from the floor, I trailed at his feet.

He walked the rest of the staircase leading to the next level up where Loki's platform of books were and he pulled the throw blanket over his brother.

I watched the sympathy on the burly god's face as he pulled a light smile toward his sleeping now less angry looking brother. Thors fingers flicked off the lamp and we were shrouded in dull darkness, the group chatting below us now but still in view from this height.

"Good night brother" Thor passed him a fleeting glance and I peered back over toward Loki who hadn't moved but looked far more peaceful now. The crease in his brow smooth and his pale lips pressed together his eyelids shut lightly and his carved nose no longer scrunched in disgust.

Dare I say he was handsome.

and maybe...his lap looked a little comfortable...

-Loki-

Waking up was always a chore, but I frowned when something heavy was weighing on my chest,

blinking a few times to remove the drowsy vision I had my eyes flickered to what was against me and I suddenly froze up as a head of brunette hair was just below my jaw, I attempted to move and her head pulled back exposing soft features.

A rounded nose with a small tinge of pink on her cheeks and clear skin, her dark brows were relaxed and her face was at ease. The only thing bringing me back to the present being that she was a stranger.

I found my jaw clenched and now knew what to do when her eyes fluttered open and two hazel iri's caught my intent gaze on the woman.

When they widened and she let out a startled gasp and flew back off the chair her first thought was to look at her hands which only seemed to insight more fear into her now palling features. Her eyes shot back up to mine before she immediately got to her feet took off down the stairs stumbling the whole way but still at a rapid speed and practically limping while crashing into the elevator leaving me stunned.

Was that a hallucination? I have never seen nor been familiar with a woman that looks like her before, not on earth nor on Asgard.

I rubbed a hand down my face and sighed slowly getting to my feet, suddenly thinking things over I frowned, If she was not a figment of my imagination what exactly gave her the right to sleep so scandalous against me?

Mashing my teeth together I set off in search of her storming into the elevator and wondering where exactly I would try to look. Stark should know if anything who she was.
