Kayla pov
i was at the park swinging on the swings waiting for prince he told me to meet him here because he had to tell me something important. i was still swinging back and forth until i felt a rose touched my head i looked at the rose then i felt a kiss on my cheek. i smiled than turned my head looking up a prince who was smiling at me.
"thank you"i said taking the rose from him
"you welcome" he said sitting on the swing next to me
"oh i forgot" i said
"what" he asked
i gently grabbed his chin bringing him close to me and gave him a passinate kiss. i pulled from him but caught his bottm lip
"thank you" he said smiling back
"you welcome" i said smiling back
"can we take a walk?" he said standing up
"um sure" i said following him
We held hands and started to walk. serveral minutes had past and he was silent throughout the whole walk. something is telling me that he is keeping something from me and i know it.
"prince" i called
"yeah" he said
"whats wrong" i asked
'nothing" he said shaking his head
"baby we've been walking for almost 10 minutes and you have been quiet the whole time i said
"im sorry" he said
"no your not" i said
he took in a deep breath stopping his tracks pulling me into a hug
"prince whats wrong" i said
"Kayla there's something i gotta tell you he said, pulling me from him
"what is it?" i asked
he took in a deep breath
"i signed up for the army" he said
i looked at him until i brust out laughing
" oh my god baby your to funny" i said placing my hand over my heart
"Kayla im not making a joke im serious" he said
"princeton y-your not serious" i said
"i am" he said
i pulled from him feeling my eyes water up
"prince no please you cant no" i pleaded
"Kayla im sorry" he said
"why you never talked to me about this" i said
"i knew that if i talked to you aboutt this. then i would know that you get mad about it " he said
"well yes because i dont want you going to the army" i blurted
"Kayla listen" i cut him off by running away crying hard
"Kayla wait" he shouted
i kept running until i stopped at the stop sign checking for cars but nope i continuued to run until i was stopped in my tracks i buried my face in my hands crying until i felt arms go around me
"Kayla im sorry" he said
"princeton NO" i screamed
"Kayla listen it was a choice i wanted to make and i did it okay" he said turning me around
"princeton your going to the army im not gonna be seeing you for god knows how long i just dont know what i would do without you" i pleaded then braking down again he hugged me tight knowing i dont want him to join the army but it was a decision he made and ihave to stick by it
