I could not understand why Aubrey was saying all these random things, she had a very intense expression on her face and was telling me all these lies? Like i was supposed to believe it all? What did she expect to happen?.  " Why did you say all of these things Aubrey? you just spoke to me and told me the truth and now you are changing the story?" i asked her, trying to understand what had just happened.

Aubrey looked shocked and it seemed like decades before she even gave me a response, "That was supposed to work," she mumbled.  What was supposed to work? I feel like my head has exploded all over the room because of the overload of infomation that i have recieved and all these questions in my head seem like they are never-ending.  " What? What was supposed to work Aubrey?" i demanded because i was tired of these back and forth games, right now i just wanted the truth. " I tried to compell you Kara, and it didnt work" Aubrey whispered just enough so i could hear her.  " Compell? What does it mean?"  i tried to ask.  "Vampires have a special ability of altering a human's mind into beleiving whatever the vampire want them to believe, the human has no choice they are captured in the vampires gaze and never knew it happened" Aubrey shamingly admits.  Then it all fit into place, she was trying to rewrite my memories in order for me to forget all about her? What i that much of a burden? she did not even give me a choice in the matter she just did it.  I was so consumed with rage that i simply could not be in this room anymore, i could not look into Aubrey's beauitful face.  I grabbed my belongings and got up. Aubrey clamped her hands around my elbow but with the look i sent her way she let go in an instant.

I guess im to blame, i did in fact ask for the truth.
