I know that I should not have left her that way.. But I have to give her some time and space. The way she looked at me, shot a pain deep within confirming the monster that I truly am. Surely if I give her enough time to deal with all this overwhelming information, she could come to terms with it on her own? I hope so because I cannot stay away from her for much longer especially now that Lacey is around. I cannot figure out what Lacey's plan is but it is no doubt a complicated one.. Lacey is not much for being direct she likes to play games and be mysterious.

Ever since Lacey and I first met,she has been one to toy with people.. After living for so many years, she took fun in the chase and the game. Knowing now what I do about Lacey, I wish I could go back in time and erase the moment we ever met. So that all of this pain was spared , and Kara might have had her parents today. But unfortunately life doesn't work that way.

It kills me not to just go down and chase Kara because not knowing where she is or how she is sends me into a panic.. And panic with vampires is a dangerous emotion, it leads to irrational behaviour which is unpredictable at best. I have to go find her.. Even if I just stay at a distance. And I know just where to start... Sapphires. No doubt Kara would have gone there to cool off. I moved at a speed in order to arrive at Sapphire's, and calmly walked through the front door safe with the fact that Kara wouldn't be able to see me around all these people.. But I caught the scent. The scent that has been burned to my brain. The scent of Lacey. Now, I feel panic, and panic is not so slowly turning towards anger as I smell the mixture of Lacey and Kara's scents combine It must been they must be close together. I round the corner to see a scared looking Kara, a lustful Faye and an amused Lacey. This cannot be good.. Lacey's game begins.
