The downside of being a vampire is that even though living for all eternity is an amazing experience, its something that's gets boring and olf very quickly when you have no one else to share all those moments with, and Kara was the girl I wanted those moments with. My mind had a clear and direct command - GO AFTER HER.

I went to Kara's room and knocked on the door, half expecting she wouldn't open it, but was surprised to see her standing at the door with a tear-streaked face that broke my heart. "Look Kara, it wasn't like that - please give me a chance to - " I started to say when my sentence was broken off when Kara kissed me. The heat searing through my body made me slam her up against the wall, I gave a seconds look to see if she was wanting the same things as me, the look of lust in Kara's eyes momentarily froze me in my place. But she took advantage, she pushed me on the bed, slammed the door and took her clothes off..
