My eyes widen in shock feeling like they would burst at any moment. I started swaying back and forth. I didn't know what to say. Everyone in the room was staring at me. Afraid of what I might do next. Waiting on my next move.
"Dead...."
Kept replaying over and over inside my head.
Searching for my phone I picked it up and dialed the number. After three tries I still wasn't getting a response.
"Must be sleeping." I let out a nervous chuckle with tears burning my eyes. "I'll try again tomorrow." I placed the phone inside of my pocket shaking my head. "You shouldn't play like that. Is this a prank? I mean it has to be right. You didn't just say dead." I walked over to the hospital bed with tears now falling down my face.
I was trying to stay strong but I was slowly breaking. I wasn't trying to believe the shit that I just heard.

"She's dead Mea. Raven is gone." His voice cracked.
"I don't believe you." I looked at Princeton lying in the hospital bed. I kept shaking my head in disbelief.
"It's true Mea. I'm sorry!" His voice cracked and tears were steadily falling down his face. I've never known this man to show any emotions. So, that sealed the deal for me.
"Nooooo...." My legs gave out on me and I dropped down to my knees. Placing my forehead on the cold floor.
"Meme..."Dominique snapped out of this trance and rushed over to me. He grabbed me into his arms.
"Get off me!" I tried to push him away. "Let me go!" I was horrified and devastated.
Princeton was sitting up straight in the hospital bed with his head inside of his hands.
"My....best....friend! Whyyyy?" What am....I...going to...do without...her?" I tried talking through the tears. I was screaming so loud the nurses ran into the room.
"Mr. Wright is everything okay?" One of the nurses walked inside the room.
No one answered her. Dom picked me up from off the floor and walked over to the chair. He sat down while holding me in his lap like a newborn baby.
"Can someone tell me what's going on?" The nurse asked again.
"Bad news. Can we please have this moment alone. Everything will be alright we just need to be alone for a few." Dominique said to the nurse while he was rubbing my back.
The nurse looked skeptical at first but she turned around and headed towards the door.
"We will be out in the hall if you need anything." She closed the door.
