Soooo, this chapter is going to be the carnival! MWUAHAHA. I'm evil I know, but I feel it'd be a nice treat from all the drama that's been going on. Plus, you'll get to read the whole physic thing Mikey was talking about, so you can understand exactly why he was freaking out so much. Also, the first part will be full of Mikey and Rachel cuteness, since there hasn't been much of that in this Rikey love story! So, enjoy the carnival chapter!

{The Carnival}
The sweet aroma of kettle corn and sugar covered sweets floated through the air and wrapped around Rachel and Mikey as they entered the busy carnival. A bright smile was plastered on Rachel's soft face, and Mikey couldn't help but mirror it.
"I've never been to a carnival before," she marveled as she looked around her, taking in all the bright, crazy sights. Mikey laced his fingers with hers and pulled her closer, planting a soft kiss on her forehead.
"Well know you have," he smiled, his eyes glued on Rachel's as they danced in all the bright lights that were illuminating the night sky, "And we're going to go on every ride, and I promise I'll win you something from one of those stupid games they have to rob you blind," he laughed, and Rachel let out a soft giggle, gripping onto Mikey's hand tighter as people began to snap pictures of the two of them. Rachel always seemed to forget that Mikey was famous, but whenever they went out together she was given a rude awakening, but at this moment she didn't care. She turned her head slightly and looked up at Mikey to find him already looking down at her. Both of their smiles grew wider as he leaned down and planted a soft kiss on her lips. No matter how soft the kiss, Rachel could always seem to feel how much Mikey loved her through his full lips. He didn't need to voice his love for her; he showed it in every other way possible.

They had been running around for hours, getting on every ride and even going through a few fun houses that were scattered around the circumference of the carnival. Rachel's eyes widened as they fell upon a little tent sent up, and she let out an excited squeal as she saw the sign; it was one of those physic ladies that she'd seen in movies many times.
"MIKEY!" She grabbed his arm and dragged him to the tent, but stopped when he grunted in protest, "What?" She furrowed her eyebrows, looking at Mikey who looked at the tent with a weird look in his eyes.
"A physic? Really? Come on, Rachel. You know that stuff is bullshit," he sighed, but Rachel sent him a glared and he raised an eyebrow at her.
"You don't know that! And besides, you said you would do everything with me! They always show these things in movies and I wanna try it," she whined, stomping her foot down as she popped her bottom lip out in a pout, her big brown eyes getting slightly wider as she stepped closer Mikey, squeezing his hand tightly.
"Fine," he sighed after a moment, slowly walking into the tent. They came face to face with a full woman, dressed in a long, baggy black dress with a dark purple scarf wrapped around her neck. She had long, full black hair that was in a mess of curls, but she also had a kind, honest look in her crystal blue eyes.
"Hello," her smooth voice rang through the air, sending shivers up Mikey's spine but he quickly shook them away as she smiled brightly at the two. She gestured for them to take a seat, and Rachel happily skipped over to one of the chairs, dragging him along with her. The woman's name was Erica, and she had been spot on about everything that had happened in Rachel's life.
"Things may get worse, but things could also get better," were her last words to Rachel before she sent her away into the shop, her striking eyes landing on Mikey.
"Something bad will happen to the one you love in this month," she warned, a hard light taking over her once bright eyes, "Memories are supposed to stay just that," she continued, her English accent hanging onto every word, "People don't like to bring up the demons of the past that they've been trying to rid of. Things will get ugly, and if you are not on time when this tragic event occurs, you may very well lose that love for the rest of your life."
"What are you talking about?" Mikey managed to choke out as he stared at the woman in disbelief.
"That is all I am allowed to say," She sighed, "But be warned, Mikey. Keep your eyes and ears open, there will be signs. Don't be late, because you won't like how the story ends if you are."
