"Good morning Dr. Mike and Sully. Breakfast looks delicious. Thanks for making it for us." Josie says as she tediously comes down the stairs.

"Good morning. Henry and Josie. Did you sleep well? Brian took Isaac outside with him to keep him company as he did his chores."

"That's nice. Isaac probably wanted to help. He's so sweet. I think I slept pretty good. " Josie says.

"I did as well. Thank you Sully, really." Henry says and Sully takes his seat at the table.

"Anytime Henry." He says as he sips his coffee.

Brian tells Isaac to wash his hands in the sink and they take their seats at the table.

"Brian, could you pray over breakfast for us?" The boys mother asks and he does as he is told.

After they finish their meal Sully hitched up his wagon to take his family and guests into town.

"It May be a little tight but maybe Robert E. will let you borrow a wagon and horses." He says to Henry as Henry helps Josie into the back of the wagon. He watched Sully help Michaela up into the back of the wagon as well and Henry takes a baby in each arm and hands each to her mother. The two boys then get in and close the back of the wagon.

"Back that way what used to be the Cheyenne reservation, before the army destroyed it. Michaela and I will have to take you two there. A few miles east of it is where I lived before met my wife. Michaela has made one of your lessons out there in these woods. " Sully says as he points to the different locations with one hand and pulls the reins with the other.

The families ride into town and Sully parks the wagon near Dr. Mike's clinic.
Everyone gets out of the wagon and Michaela takes Josie and Henry inside.

"I've spent the last four years working here. It was a boarding house owned by my adopted children's mother before she passed. There are about six rooms upstairs for patients to stay in but most of the time I work in here. When your lessons begin, we can go into further detail about where everything is. I'd like you to meet some friends of mine."

Michaela then leads them over to the mercantile. An old man is sweeping the porch and whistles.

"Morning Dr. Mike. Who you you have here?" He says.

"I have Dr. Henry Harvey and his wife Josephine. They've come here to do an internship with me for a few months. This is Loren Bray and you need anything from him, just tell him to put it on my tab." Michaela says.

They meet Dorothy the journalist, Jake Slicker the mayor and barber. Michaela tried to avoid showing them Hank, the saloon and hotel owner but he greeted himself. They then took a visit to the Colorado Springs Health Spring Resort where Colleen and her husband Andrew work.

"Colleen has had her mind set on being a doctor since she began working with me and she's thriving now. She's your age now and I'm sure you two would make good friends " She says as she waves at them from the distance.

Just then Preston A. Lodge III walks past them. He ownes the resort and keeps the Cooks rather busy. He introduced himself rather narcissistically and shake there hands trying to offer a loan or some other shady business deal.

"Dr. Mike I got something to ask you. I didn't tell Henry because I didn't want him to worry." Josie says as they walk back into the clinic.

"Sure. What's troubling you?" Michaela replies as she closes the door behind her.

"I've got a little spotting. It started yesterday morning. I've had it more severe in my first trimester. I had lost the baby but against the odds, I didn't. "
