Days had passed since Nadiah had snuck into the sky people's camp, pretending to be one of them. The green-eyed woman listened to many conversations to gather information about The Ark just in case she was asked some question about being there and earning some new acquaintances. Learning that these people holds two names, Nadiah took up the surname River as River was named after the first thing she thought of under pressure when someone asked. Nadiah River was a seventeen-year-old orphan girl from Factory Station. Her parents died when she was young, and Nadiah had to steal things in order to survive until she was caught at the age of ten and thrown into the Sky Box. Nadiah was different from her made up persona, mainly the fact that the female was actually twenty-two years old and only time she was ever in the sky was if she jumped in the air.
Chatter was a bit higher than usual, mainly to block out the painful moans that were enough to echo throughout the wooded settlement. Sitting against a tree that was at the top of a small hill, away from majority of the people as she was looking down to the small group of males throwing their weapons at a tree. A smirk played on her face with his failure before bringing the man-made metal cup to her lips as she witnessed Murphy's throwing fail. Taking a drink of the water as a voice called out for her to her right, not looking in the direction as her eyes remained on the group.
"You know Nadiah, you haven't stop watching Bellamy and his boys." The girl mentioned as she plopped down onto the log next to woman.
Nadiah finally turned her attention to the girl, studying her appearance. She had long brunette hair that hung way passed her breasts, she was slim built which wasn't too good for being on Earth. Her skin was fair but the grounder guessed that it was from not truly being able to tan in the sun like Nadiah and her people.
"It's not what you're thinking, Fox." Pointing her finger slightly before continuing , "I'm just watching them fail miserably. It's very entertaining." Confessing as she turned her attention back to the group
"So, you're saying that you can do better?" The pale brunette questioned, earning a nod from the curly hair female.
"Yeah, ten times better and even with my eyes closed." Nadiah said cockily.
Hearing the brunette's disbelief caused the female to command the other to find a knife or two. Feeling the presence of the girl leave her side to find the objects, taking another drink of her water as the group, except Bellamy, continue to fail with the target practice.
It didn't take long until Fox return proudly with the object, "I was only able to find one." Shrugging softly as she grabbed the knife from her, feeling the weight of the knife for a moment as she heard Murphy complaining about Jasper's painful moans. The grounder stood from her logged seating, moving silently towards the group but keeping some distance behind them.
"He's not gonna last much longer. Better think of a new excuse." Bellamy taunted before throwing his axe into the tree as the blade was lounged in the trunk. "That's how it's done." He said cockily.
