After the incident of Y/N fainting and practically looking after them, my life continued like nothing happened the day before. I still did maintained distance from them though I don't give them the cold shoulder anymore, like I used to. Instead I decided to put the past behind me and started treating them like a normal fellow student in our school. Though I see them trying to approach me about something that is probably not about academics but about between the two of us, thankfully I always managed to slip away from such interaction.

But here I am, currently hanging out with their group of friends due to the fact that Y/N wasn't present today to rest. Plus I received a message earlier this morning that Renjun wouldn't be able to come to school today since he has emergency going on. Not to mention that I still haven't made up with my two bestfriends which sucks.

I was headed home when I was riding the bus when my phone vibrated, signaling me that I have received a notification. I reached for my phone and checked whatever it is, but it caught me by surprise when I saw Yiren's name. I think twice before deciding to read her message.
