Chapter 20

                    (Y/N) POV

Soon waking up to heavily breathing and seen it's already morning outside. I'd lay back down to then curl myself in a ball under my blanket.

"What a weird dream I had, I wonder why I was dreaming of Jake slithering fast to inject venom" I thought to myself.

Shivers went crawling up and down my spine. Shaking to the feeling. Getting up and ready to then walk out I was greeted with the feeling of being watched. Not by something but by someone. Never thought the feeling could be so nerve wracking. Suspicious of every step I took and every corner I turned I couldn't help but feel as if someone was following behind as well but from a good distance as well.

"Could it be Rattlesnake Jake or could it be someone else" thinking to myself while walking.

Rattlesnake Jake POV

After dealing with mayor John he'd head back exhausted. Sleeping until the middle of the day.

*waking up*

Finally up and out of his burrow he'd stay near the town and watched (y/n) go about her business. Noticing something wrong he'd watch a little closer to only see that there's a stalker amounts the town.
