Rattlesnake Jake POV
After giving the guy a scare for his life of not doing part of his deed he soon paid up for. Soon returning to the town "dirt" I'd keep on the out skirts of the town while watching the sun set.
(Y/N) POV
Laying there in bed for the evening wondering how I'd catch Rattlesnake Jake. "Do I make a deal with him?? Seems to risky" I'd thought. Thinking of ways to put him up. "It's probably for the best I don't go into a situation I can't get out of" thinking out loud. Soon hearing a knock on the door with a subtle rattle. Sighing a bit before opening the door. Rattlesnake Jake of course, at the door again. Probably wanting something.
"Hey (y/n) I was thinking you'd like to go out tonight and do something before I turn myself in" he gave a slight smile with a somewhat of a sad chuckle.
I couldn't believe it, could I be deceived by what he was saying. "Should I trust him?? I mean it's been from time to time I trusted him" thinking to myself. "Sure why not, and why are you turning yourself in??" I'd reply curiously and somewhat feeling stupid on asking.
