When you start going to Salem State you get a clipper card. Your picture is on it so you can use it as your school ID. You get a meal plan for the dining halls (March Hall dining and North hall dining). You get dining dollars for outtakes which is like a small store in Marsh Hall Dinning, North Hall dining, and the library. There is also starbucks on central campus that accepts dinning dollars as well as Clipper cash. You can put clipper cash on yourself when you run out. You can use that for Dunking Donuts in Meier Hall as well as the places you can use Dining dollars and a meal plan. You can also spend clipper cash at white dove which is a store in between Central and North campus and the CVS across the street from Viking Hall. There is Omega's which is a pizza place a little ways from Atlantic Hall and the new pizza place PZA across the street from Sullivan Building. Plus there are other places throughout Salem you can use your clipper card including many pizza places such as the Flying Saucer and the pizza place in the mall. Mcdonals and Wandy's accept clipper cash too and Honey Dew. There is also Flatbread which is a pizza place with a bowling ally that accept clipper cash. And for movie buffs Salem Cinema in the mall also accept clipper cash and you can go see a movie.
Clipper cash can roll over every semester but Dining Dollars only roll over from fall to spring semester and you get three options to choose from for a meal plan. 7 boards meals, 10 board meals, or 17 board meals.
