I started this book years ago.
And then I stopped updating for a long time.
I had a lot going on in my life at that time.
Needed a little break to cope and get over it.
I suffered from anxiety and depression.

So me finally being able to finish this book is also
thanks to you.
This book means a lot to me!
I always wanted to write a historical novel.
I've always been obsessed with pirates and royalty and with aristocracy.
I might just write another book soon.
I have to say writting this book wasn't so easy.
The story has been in my head for a long time now. Just had to put words to it.
Had a hard time writting this one.
Since I speak french and english is like my 5th language.
But I learned over the years.
I edited the book over again and again as the time went by, as my writting skills developed.
Had to use a lot of Google translate.
And Synonym dictionary to find all the FANCY words I used in this book.
🤣
I also had to do a lot of research to be as accurate as possible.
The small details like the names and the places and the things they used and did back in the days.
And medieval slang,
The swear words,
ECT...
Also the writting style is so different from my other books.
But it goes with the plot of the story. Couldn't make it too casual.
So... I hope you liked the book!
And that you feel in love with this story as much as I did!
