What you'll need:
-Bleach
-Rubbing alcohol (the higher percentage the better)
-A bottle with a tight sealing lid
-A room with open windows and well circulated air (its best to be outside though)
How to make:
Its actually pretty simple
Mix 1 part bleach to one part rubbing alcohol in the bottle and make sure the lid is on tight.
Boom! Easy, am I right?
(This is not actual chloroform, this is a mixture that acts just like chloroform but has a different chemical makeup)
