This is a method commonly used by hit-men in order to kill someone while making it seem like natural causes.
Using a small gauge needle you inject air into a persons veins preferably between the toes or at the hairline where a small needle mark will most likely go unnoticed. The air bubble will travel to the persons heart, killing them almost instantly, perfectly replicating a heart attack.
