My world started to fade to black until I was completely knocked out.

???'s POV
I felt bad that I had to knock this girl out.
I was going to keep my end of the deal but I didn't want any complications while we try to escape.

The Wizard King is going to be very pleased with me with what I have discovered.

This Elf can heal people with a single touch. She'll definitely be of use for the Humans for the war.

I grab hold of the girl, lifting her up over my shoulders, holding her there with one hand while the candle she brought down was in the other.

There was another door that leads to the outside in the dungeon. I saw it right before I was locked away in my grimy cell.

Before I left, I unlocked every cell that contained a Human in them. After that, I immediately headed for the door in order to leave so I don't get caught and captured again.

The sky was still dark, but not for long though. Due to the position of the moon, it seems like the sun will be rising pretty soon. I'd better hurry if I want to survive.

I ran as fast as I could to one of the nearest castle walls where other Humans were, helping one another climb over the wall.

I pulled some arrows out from the little pouch I had that sat on my side.

Carefully but quickly, I stuck the arrows in the wall, proceeding to climb up the wall, removing the arrows and placing them in the wall higher to lift myself up.

It was difficult climbing up the wall while carrying a real living Elf but somehow I managed.

Once I got over the wall and out of the castle's gates, I had to pull out my map to figure out where the nearest village is.

Villages exist where Humans and Elves live together in peace, even falling in love with one another. In that village, any outsider is safe from harm.

I could take this girl with me there and rest for the night.

It's best to keep her safe right before I present her to the Wizard King.

The journey to the village was not that long, the Village was only minutes away but it wasn't exactly very close.
It'd probably be a lot faster to get there on horseback but sadly I didn't have my horse with me.

I finally arrived after those long minutes of endless walking.

The Village was small, not exactly the biggest. Elves and Humans can be seen around one another in the early parts of dawn. While on the way to the Village, the sun started to rise so everything became much clearer to see.

In this place I won't be attacked. Humans and Elves usually leave these places alone. They refer to these villages as "the dump".
Apparently Humans and Elves also dump their poor folks in these villages as well so they have some use to them.

I searched around the village, looking for some sort of inn and to my luck, I found one.

The building looked fairly new, it looked like any inn that you can find in the Human kingdom.
