"Now, let's go exploring. Since that is what you want to do."

"Really, you mean this?" I couldn't help the grin from forming on my face once more.

"I'm a man of my word." His monotone voice didn't crack, his face showed no sign of lying. Unless, he was a master of lying but I doubt it.

"If you want to leave, we better go fast. I have a feeling they Elves will be raiding this place, looking for you."

My heart ached, they would raid an entire village of innocent people just to search for me. Well, I can see why with my powers and such but still...

"Aren't we in an elf village though?" I asked, knowing the full well that we aren't, well not quite.

The boy sighed a sigh of annoyance.

"You ask too many questions. This village is a place for eleven and humans to live together in peace. Those who are haters of war and banished from their kingdoms come to these villages." He explained to me, allowing me to finally understand the situation.

The last sentence caught me off guard though, "There are more than one of this village."

"There are probably hundreds. Now stop asking questions and let's go!"

I didn't notice at first but my captor already had every little thing packed and ready to go. I didn't have anything to really pack so I didn't need to worry about that.

I jumped off the bed, running to the door right after he exited the inn.

What rested beyond that door scared me. There were Elven guards already beyond the village, rising torches and swords, getting ready to strike anyone who stands in their way.

"Get back inside!" The man screamed at me, trying to be louder than everyone with their panicking.

I didn't even hesitate with my option, my feet dragged me back into the room with Him, closing the door behind us.

"We have to escape out the window in the back." He demanded while pointing to a large window in the back.

We approached the window, determined to escape through it, once we looked out into the distance however, we saw guards surrounding the entire area.

"How did they get here already?" He asked.

I looked over at him, he was in deep thought, possibly trying to think of a solution to our problem.

"They must of came from both directions." I responded to his question.

"Possibly from the Elven Kingdom in the Northern Region."

"Why would they be looking for you?"

I didn't want to say why but if I didn't he'd probably make me answer him.

"Because I should be marrying the prince from that kingdom but of course I'm no longer at the castle." I responded as quickly as I could.

I didn't like the idea of being forced to marry. I always wanted to find love it was the one thing I dreamed about when I was just a little girl.
