"Dr. Pangilinan. We're in the hospital. Please be professional." Saway ko kay Donny.

"Kunwari hindi siya kinilig nong natawag siya ng babe ni Rivero during operation." Then he chuckled.  Ba't kasi nag scrub in din kasi tong gagong toh???

"Kinilig ka for us?" Unti unting nawala ang ngiti sa mga labi nya which caused me to bite my lips. My bad.

"Huy wag kang feeler. I've moved on." Tapos tumawa nanaman ulit ang gago. Grrrr.

"But swear I'm really happy to see you happy. It took him 2 months din kaya. Not bad. Basta I'm always here for you kahit na we have someone in our lives already. Don't forget me ah?" I smiled at him. Damn, I just love him.

"Wait lang muna. You have someone? Why didn't you tell me ahead?? Kakatampo naman." I pouted.

"Sorry. You were so busy these past few weeks eh." Hindi ko siya pinansin. Paninindigan ko muna yung pagkatampo ko sa kanya.

"Dr. Larazabal may emergency po." saad ng nurse. Agad ako napatakbo ng walang oras papuntang emergency room.

"What's happening?" tanong ko ng nakita ko si Rivero na inassess nya yung patient.

"Thoracic Aortic Aneurysm. Kailangan natin siya operahan ngayon." He insisted and I know it was the right thing to do.

8pm palang but I'm sure this will take really long kaya naman agad na kami nag palit ng operating gown.

"Operating on patient Klay Guanzon. Headed by Dr. Rivero. Assisted by Dr. Larazabal and Dr. Pangilinan. Scrub nurses are Tungol, Santos.and Garrido. Is there anything you want to ask before we start, Doc?" Umiling na ito.

"May 24, 9 : 10 PM starting. Announcing the presence of the interns." Said by the nurse.

"After making an incision in the chest, I will replace the weakened portion of the aorta with a graft. The graft is made of a material that is stronger than the weakened aorta, allowing blood to pass through the vessel without causing a bulge." Saad ni Rivero para malaman din ng mga interns.

"Scalpel." Binigay ko na ito at nagsimula na siyang mag slice sa chest banda.

"Cerebellar retractor." binigay ito ni Donny at nilagay nya ito sa part na where he needs to show the area that needs to be operated.

"Peon" binigay ko ito sa kanya.

"Suction."

I looked at the watch. It's already 11pm at hindi parin kami natapos but almost na. Nakita kong pagod na si Dr. Rivero. His sweats are visible because the nurse is wiping them off. Ako sana yun eh. Charot, joke lang.

"I'll suture it." I announced. He had 3 operations this day kasama na ito. All of the operatioan were really hard. I feel bad for him.

"Thank you." I smiled at him kahit hindi nya nakikita cause we have our mask on.

30 minutes after he finished it.

It's already 11:30PM

"I'll finish it na. You rest na." Saad ko and then announced a suture.

Nung natapos ko na agad ako nagpalit at kinuha yung phone ko to check for msgs.

Pumunta na ako sa basement at agad itong niyakap. Saktong 12:00.

"Happy birthday, my baby." I whispered at agad ko din itong hinalikan sa labi nya.

Ghad I just want more of this. Yung make out session na palaging kulang because of work kaya gustong gusto ko bumawi eh.

"You still remember pala. Thanks, baby. I love you." Napangiti ako. Pumasok muna kami sa sasakyan bago ko siya sinagot.

"Are you free later?" I asked.

"Yea. Cancelled everything. I just miss you. I miss this." He kissed my forehead, cheeks, nose, lips down to my neck, collarbone at binalik ito sa labi ko.

I felt his other hand securing me holding my neck while we were kissing torridly.

"Fuck, I just want you." I chuckled.

"Laters, babe." Then I bit my lip and winked at him.

Well, he deserves a good birthday sex so I'm giving it to him.

I felt his hand brush my thigh.

"Babe, san phone mo?" This is my weakness kaya naman medyo natagalan ako mag reply.

"Bag." Yun lang ang nasabi ko at kinuha nya ito at nilagay sa lap ko.

Then it vibrated at malapit ito sa blossom ko.

"Fuck." Napamura ako at tumawa lang siya.
