"The hospital happens to have no personality so maybe I can spice things up a little bit."
I held onto Dimitri like he was my life source. He held me close to his chest even though he was bleeding himself. Once we got into the hospital the nurses pried me out of his grasp and lied me down on a hospital bed.
I looked around as the nurse pulled me away. Everything was a grey blur. The hospital floors had no personality as the rest of the hospital, everything including the ceiling was a light grey. I looked up at the ceiling in hope to escape the blur I was in, but the bright lights hit my eyes and forced me to close them.
And then they remained closed.

"We love you Kylie," Skylar held my hand as she sobbed, "You need to wake up, I hate hospitals."
Karla sniffled, "You'll pull through. You're a fighter and everyone knows it."
"Not only do you need to take care of us and Tyler," Raegan giggled, "Your boyfriends are about to lose their minds."
I tried opening my eyes but my eye lids wouldn't budge. Now that I'm thinking about it, I could feel tubes running in and out of me as well. Was I dead? Was my mind leaving my body? Why can't I open my eyes? Or breathe by myself?
I tried ripping the tubes out of my body but I couldn't move. I was frozen in place, only able to hear what's going on in the real world.
"Love you," Karla took in a deep breath, "I suppose we should let the boys in now."
The door closed seconds later before it opened again.
It was perfectly silent before a soft yet familiar hand gently touched my face and brushed a strand of hair behind my ear, "Kai," Ace whispered out trying to hold himself together, "You look like shit," he tried lightening the mood.
Asshole.
I heard a slap before Damon spoke up, "You need to wake up. Tyler's losing his mind."
