The house

Clayton's POV

We walked 5 minutes to my house down the street.

When we got to my house, I unlocked the door and she plopped herself on the brown leather couch.

"So, this is your house." She said awe as her eyes wandered to paintings and drawings on the wall.

"Wanna see where I record?"

"Absolutely!" She said great fully with a giggle, god, her laugh just makes me feel, so... peachy and fuzzy, you know?

We walked upstairs to an average sized room with a desk that hugged the corner of where two walls meet. Along with a Mac computer, silver microphone with filter, also a stool, for singing videos. ( I'm making this up, ok?)

"Wanna be in my recording?" I asked her.

Her eyes glistened in the dim light, and a smile danced on the edge of her lips.

"What kind of video are you making? Minecraft?" She asked.

"No, a singing video." Worry took over her face.

"Oh no no no! I can't sing!" She pleaded.

"Let me hear you then." I said with a reassuring smile as I slouched and put my elbows on my knees.

She nodded and took a deep breath.

"I will sing, Chasing Cars." She explained.

I sat up, knowing this song by heart, I knew it was gonna be good.

"We'll do~ it all, everything, on our own. We don't need~, anyone, or anything." She stopped, I clapped. She sounded like an Angel.

"I wasn't that good." She said in disappointment.

"No! Your an amazing singer, you should be in my videos more often."

Surprise and complete happiness struck her face like a car.

"This is the best day of my life! Thanks James." She said as she hugged me.

But, it was also, the worst.
