For clarification on Cons to quirk:
This would be mainly for UA students or any students or if your oc doesn't have a good grasp on their quirk. It's basically like side affects to medicine. You have this power and choose to use it yes but what affects can happen to the user? Password is Detroit Smash! For say, Take Izuku for example, Yes he can use OFA but at a certain percentage! He didn't master his quirk right after getting it, using the ability over any certain percentage without training lead to extreme damage of his body/limbs.
Or take Tanjiro from Demon slayer or any demon slayer for that matter, they have to BREATH or they can't use their ability, or they use it so much at one point without properly training and they end up so exhausted that they can barley move.
Ya see what I'm saying?
