I mean, it's just like our arms are growing into smaller arms.
Brushing is the only time we actually clean our skeleton.
During our life time, all our body parts grow. Except Eyes. Yes, they remain the same size through out your life. From birth to death.
Our whole body cells, except brain of course, is replaced nearly every 10 years. So if you have done any embarrassing thing 10 years back in the past, don't worry! That wasn't you!
