"isn't it obvious"

The car ride was probably the best one I've ever had in my entire life. It consisted of Keanu singing really badly to the Beatles and Riv, Kerri, and i dying of laughter. I really didn't want it to end, but i knew it had to eventually. 

Once we pulled up to Wil's house, i couldn't help but admire how beautiful it was. i would even call it the nicest house i had ever seen. We all walked up to the front door, Keanu and River walking together and me and Kerri walking together behind them. It was basically a walk of silence, though, with everything that just happened on the way here replaying in our minds. 

Instead of knocking, we all just walked through the front door, knowing Wil knew we were coming. It was pretty quiet, which told me the two Corey's weren't here yet. 

I greeted Wil with a hug, and complimented him on how nice his house was. 

"Thank's Willow, it means a lot coming from you." He said blushing. 

I couldn't help but notice this, but i just shrugged it off. 

We all just got settled in and sat around the living room talking until we heard someone burst through the door. 

"We brought the boos!!" The two Corey's yell while carrying a whole keg. Martha and Winona walked in behind them. Martha walking straight to River and then hugging him. i try to look anywhere but at them, because i don't want to get jealous. I can't help myself and i take a quick look. to my surprise, i see River looking right back at me. a look of hurt on his face. I quickly look somewhere else and try to go on with the rest of my night. i couldn't help but start to blush when i think about his gaze in my direction, but i try to shrug it off so people don't start asking questions. 

i walk over and greet Winona. Kerri soon leaving Keanu and then joining our conversation. We talked about what's happened since we last saw each other. A while into our conversation, i feel a pair of eyes on me. I look over to see Wil staring at me. Once he saw that i had realized he was, he instantly looked away. I kept looking over at him, pondering the different thoughts going through my head. Winona and Kerri seemed to take notice of this. 

"So, Willow, have you got eyes on anyone at school?" Winona said, Kerri and her both smirking at each other. 

Yes, but i think he's into someone else at the moment.

 I think to myself , River on my mind.

"Because i know someone who's got the hots for you." Kerri says, finishing Winona's question from before. 

"Oh yeah" i say chuckling a bit "Who?"

"Isn't it obvious, who's been staring at you this whole night."

i try to put two and two together, but end up coming up dry.

I shrug, the look of confusion on my face.

"Wil, you idiot, Wil Wheaton."
