Ashton: Your mum had insisted on taking you out for coffee so you could have a rest for a couple of hours. Of course, you were wary; this being the first time you’d be leaving Ashton alone with Jessie and it wasn’t that you couldn’t trust him, you were just anxious. After he finally got you to leave, he ran up the stairs and into the nursery, seeing that his little girl was already wide awake. “Hello,” he grinned, leaning down so he could pick her up, “Who’s my beautiful baby?” She gurgled away to herself while he situated her against him as he carried her through to your room, slowly laying down on the bed. He then remembered what you said about skin to skin bonding and he realised that he should have done this when she was first born. With little hesitation, he pulled his shirt over his head and quickly got Jessie’s little onesie off before laying her back on his chest, shushing her as she began to grizzle and squirm around. “You really like to move around don’t you?” he whispered, letting his eye fall shut. When you came home, you eagerly rushed up the stairs, knowing that Ashton was probably in your room, smiling when you reached the doorway. The two of them were fast asleep, Ashton keeping a firm grip on Jessica as she rest on his chest. Daddy did a good job you thought as you decided to join them.

Calum: "Are you sure you can look after the two of them?" you fretted, looking from your husband to the twins who you had resting on either side of the couch, surrounded by pillows and such so they didn’t roll off. "(Y/N), you’re only going down the road to the shop. We’re gonna be fine." Calum chuckled, wrapping his arms around you, "Or don’t you trust me?" You scowled at him before resting your forehead against his chest, "You know I do. It’s just there’s two of them and one of you. How are you going to feed them both at the same time?" Rolling his eyes at your worrying, he pressed his lips to your forehead, "Go. The three of us will be fine." You nodded and let him help you get into your coat, "Well there’s bottles in the fridge I normally feed them in like ten minutes." It actually took him another five minutes to convince you to go and that everything would indeed be fine and once he finally got the door closed, he decided to feed the two of them now and he had a plan. One that he’d been wanting to try for a while. He got their car seats that were in the corner of the room and placed them on the dining room table and quickly situated each of them in one. He then warmed up the milk in the microwave, whistling to himself while he waited. After checking the temperatures on his wrist, he returned to his babies and since they were sitting up slightly, he didn’t need to worry about them choking or anything. "See?" Calum said quietly, mostly said to himself, "We’ve got a good little system here, huh? Maybe I’ll tell your mum about it…or maybe this could be our little secret." He then realised that he was rambling to himself and shook his head, smiling as the boys finished eating, freezing as he realised that he now had to burp them on his own.

Luke: It was seeming like little Darren wasn’t going to be happy unless someone was holding him and Luke had been reading up on how to bond with the little boy since you were the one who had carried him and you were the one who was spending the most time with him since Luke was always at the studio. Today however, was his day off and while you were having a bath, Luke spotted your front carrier for him lying on the table and he quickly strapped it on his chest and placed Darren into it. “Shall we do some housework?” Luke asked, getting the broom from the cupboard so he could sweep the floor. Luke whistled quietly to himself as he made his way into the kitchen. He then decided that he’d make you dinner and put the stove on.  Looking down at Darren, he saw that he was watching him with large blue eyes and leant down to press a kiss to the top of his head. He decided that he was going to make pasta with a simple sauce, checking on his little boy every few minutes to make sure he wasn’t bothered by anything. You were intrigued by the delicious smell coming up from the kitchen and you cut your bath short, getting dressed before descending the stairs. When you saw that Darren was nowhere in sight, you made your way through to the kitchen, smiling at the sight of Luke bouncing about with your carrier on, talking to the baby in a hushed voice while stirring whatever was in the pot.

Michael: You were sat on the couch when Michael came down the stairs carrying Amy and you placed you magazine down as he sat down, pulling his legs up so the baby was resting on them. You leant over and pressed a kiss to her hair while he played with her little hands. “I swear we have made the cutest baby ever. I mean, look at her little face. And these tiny hands!” he smiled, bringing her hand up to his mouth, pretending to bite it. You giggled, hands resting on his legs as you looked down at her, “She is cute.” Michael smiled and leant over to kiss you, “You want anything to drink?” He shook his head as you got up from the couch, making your way through to the kitchen to make some tea. He smiled, looking down into Amy’s gorgeous eyes when he suddenly got an idea. He brought his hands up to cover his eyes. “Where’s Amy?” he asked in a ridiculous baby voice, “Where is she?” Amy gurgled to herself and he quickly pulled his hands away. “There she is!” he exclaimed, tickling her stomach with his hand. You came back through, having made him one too and you placed it down on the coffee table and when you looked over Michael’s shoulder, seeing that Amy was staring at him with a blank expression on her face. “She doesn’t understand a word you’re saying.” you smiled. Shrugging, he kept his eyes on Amy, “I don’t care. I’m just showing her some attention.” Shaking your head with a smile on your face, you grabbed the pile of laundry that was on the seat across from them and headed for the stairs.
