Okay, this can happen from anytime after three months. I know I’m skipping a whole bunch of time, but honestly, I’m kinda struggling for ideas, so yeah…hope you like it though!

Also, Calum’s got really long and I’m sorry, I just didn’t know when to stop.

Ashton: Jessica’s cries came through the baby monitor, causing him to let out a loud groan into his pillow. “You want me to go?” you asked tiredly. “No,” he whispered, rolling over to press a kiss to your cheek, “I’ll go.” You didn’t reply, having already fallen back asleep. Ashton stumbled down the hall, pushing the door to the nursery open while rubbing his eyes. “Hey now,” he began, approaching the crib, “What’s all this noise? Daddy’s been enjoying getting a full night’s sleep.” He picked her up and her little hands soon gripped the material of his shirt as she leant her head against his chest. Frowning to himself, he raised his hand to feel her head, finding that she was rather hot, as if she had a fever. When Jessica’s cries didn’t falter or quieten down, you got up and made your way through, “Ash, what’s going on? Is she okay?” He frowned before turning to you, “Does she feel a little hot?” You placed your hand to her forehead, “Yeah, she is. But I don’t think it’s anything to worry about.” He frowned, “Wait, what?” You smiled and took Jessie from him, pressing a kiss to her warm forehead as her cries finally started to die down, “Yeah, I mean I’m not sure but I think she’s starting to teethe. See, look at her gums,” you gently pulled back her top lip, revealing her reddening gums, “They’re all red.” He bit down on his bottom lip before looking at you again, “What if it’s not because of the teething? What if she’s ill?” You smiled slightly and rubbed his back, sensing that he was getting a little worked up, “If she still has a temperature tomorrow, I’ll make an appointment for the doctors.”

Calum: He was a little bit worried when he realised that the twins were both beginning to teethe and he wasn’t sure what to do until he remembered that you had bought teething rings a few weeks ago in preparation for this and he got them from the cupboard, deciding to put them in the freezer for a couple of minutes to cool them. While they were in there, he returned to the living room and placed the twins onto the rug he had put down and watched as the boys rolled about, picking up some of their toys. Maybe half an hour had passed when Calum suddenly remembered that he had put the teething rings in the freezer. Getting them out, he carried them through to the twins. He put the rings on the coffee table while he lifted each of them onto the couch, making sure they were supported by cushions to help them sit up before giving them a ring each. A few minutes later, he heard the door open as you returned home from work. You appeared in the room a few minutes later, smiling at the sight of your three boys, all of their eyes focused on the T.V. -even though the twins had no idea what was going on-. Your eyes then zoned in on the rings the twins were currently gnawing on and saw that their little lips were getting stuck for a few seconds. “Cal?” you asked, feeling the temperature of Andrew’s teething ring, “Oh my…Calum, how long did you have them in the fridge for?” He looked up at you confused, “The fridge? I thought you said the freezer.” You shook your head, gently prying Andrew’s fingers from the freezing object, “No! I said the fridge, Calum! All the boxes said not to put them in the freezer. They could break and release the liquid.” He leapt up from the sofa and took the ring from Noah and began inspecting it, “Oh god, oh god. What if I’ve poisoned them?!” Shaking your head, you took it from him and inspected it closer, “No. I don’t think they’ve broken. Which is lucky.” He fell back onto the couch, head in his hands as he breathed deeply, “I could’ve…” You wrapped your arms around his shoulders, allowing him to rest his forehead against your stomach, “You didn’t know.”

Luke: "You’re a messy little man, ain’t ya?" Luke said quietly, wiping the drool from Darren’s reddening chin. "Is he doing it again?" you asked, coming in from the kitchen. "Yeah, this tooth he’s got coming through must really be bothering him." he answered, picking up his little boy, "But our little man isn’t complaining, is he?" You smiled, pressing a kiss to Darren’s light hair. "Such a brave boy." You went through to the kitchen and got a small ball of cotton wool and brought it through to the living room, handing it to Luke, "Here, give his chin a wipe with this. It might soothe the irritation a little bit." He nodded and swiped the cotton wool ball gently under his mouth and Darren let out a small whine, lifting his little arms to try and push Luke away. "Hey," Luke soothed, "It’s okay. Just hold still a little longer." You frowned and looked around, spotting a tub of vaseline on the table. "Here," you mumbled, "Try some of this on his chin. Maybe it’ll stop the irritation so he can get some sleep." He nodded and took the tub while you went upstairs to change the bed sheets. After he had smoothed the vaseline over Darren’s chin, Luke picked him up and carried him up to his nursery, kissing his cheek lightly before laying him in his crib, "Night little man, hopefully that tooth will be through tomorrow yeah? So you won’t be in anymore pain." After switching off the light, he saw you outside of the door and wrapped his arm around your shoulder, leading you towards your room.

Michael: Amy was wriggling about on the changing table while Michael tried to get her dressed. She had her first tooth coming through and it was making her cranky and fussy. “Come on, baby.” Michael groaned, “Work with me here.” She didn’t. She continued to kick her little legs in the air, avoiding him as he tried to put her small trousers on. “Amy.” he muttered again, hands coming to rest on either side of her, “Your mummy is gonna kill me if I don’t get you dressed.” He frowned as she continued to kick the air and he sighed, leaning down so could inspect Amy’s mouth, “Open your mouth for daddy?” He gently pushed her upper lip up, seeing the whiteness of a little tooth poking it’s way through. He hummed to himself and picked her up, deciding to abandon putting the trousers on her before moving downstairs where you were talking to your mum on the phone. “Hold on a minute,” you said down the phone before moving it away from your mouth, “Why is my daughter only half dressed?” He handed Amy to you before heading through to the kitchen, “She’s too fussy to dress. Have we got any teething gel?” You nodded, “It’s in the top cupboard.” He grabbed it before coming back through, taking Amy from you and carried her upstairs again. “Okay, let’s see if this will help, huh?” he asked, putting a dab on his finger before gently running it over her gums. He waited a few minutes until the teething gel took effect before finally getting her dressed.
