"it's going to take a bit of time for this pain to heal." Luke said. I looked at Luke and nodded. "Why did you runaway." I asked. "My mom wants me to be someone i'm not. Wants me to make news friends, calling them a bad influence. They are all I have." he confessed. "You?"

"Daddy problems." I laughed mocking his words from earlier. I look at the car clock and it read 6:37 am. We are on the highway, somewhere I don't know. Luke and I have been talking the whole time, about everything, and anything.

He parked the car at an apartment building, looking burntout and destroyed.

"We are staying here for now. We are 10 miles from home, so there is no way that they'll find us. I just want to be alone with you." He confessed in the car. "can we just sleep in the car or something? I'm not really up for a burntdown apartment building with a guy wearing a penguin shirt whom I just met 8 hours ago." I asked laughing.

"Of course, lets lay in the back so that we'll have more room." He said. He got out of his van (what a loser) and opened the back of van pushing the back seat cars down, and grabbing the very useful blankets and pillows from the back, laying them down on the floor of the van. "Ladies first." He said smiling. I rolled my eyes playfully, as I get in the van and lay down. He followed suit, laying down under the blanket.

"Good night Cody." he murmured.

"Good night Luke." I murmured back.
