After around an hour of listening to Luke's music and snuggling up next to him, he got a text from Michael.

Michael 12:49 pm: band practice 4:30 pm, at calum's house, mom not home till 10, you're safe

"We need to go, Calum's house is 3 hours away." Luke said getting up, and going to the drivers side.

Luke 12:53 am: on my way bringing my friend Cody, okay thank you see you then

Luke and I go to the front seats of the car, getting buckled up and ready for the 3 hour drive.

"So, Cody." Luke started. "Favorite color?" he asked. I raised an eyebrow at him when we stopped at a stop light. "so we are play 20 questions now?" I smirked as he start to move the car again.

"Just answer the God damn question." He said turning left.

"Lilac." I responded, looking at him smiling. He laughed at the little joke I made (since my hair is lilac.)

"Favorite song?"

"Probably After Midnight by Blink-182."

"You're a Blink fan aye?" he asked smirking. "As am I."

"Nah, just really After Midnight." I giggled looking out the window. The 20 questions ended being an hour of just asking me questions which i dusty enjoy.

"I love this - running away. I feel so free, and I'm glad that it's with you." He said to me. "I know I say that a lot, but I love it. My mom can't tell me what to do, I can be in the band, I can do what I dreamed of! God, I feel so alive." He said hitting the steering wheel.

I laughed and he smiled, turning on the radio, and for the remainder of the time till we get to Calum's house, we just listened to the radio.
