Chapter one: One Night stand

"Hey Jonas!" Evie said as she walked up to him, cleaning a mug that was just used. It was closing time as Jonas turned to the short blonde female. Jonas, the tall Male and long pony tail smiled. "Hey Evie, how are you doin'?"

Evie leaned against the counter, the cup clicked against the wooden counter top of the bar. "I was thinking, me and you could grab some dinner, then maybe... oh I dunno, head back to your place?" Jonas cocked an eyebrow as he responded to her question. "Oh? I would but I'm busy after this acutally. Marcus and Mitchell were going out to Bufflo Wild Wings to go watch a game." Evie squinted for a moment before getting closer to him. Tapping her fingers on the oak counter. "You sure you don't want to just... skip out on them? They always do it to you Jonas."

Jonas laughed as he rubbed the back of his neck, shaking his head as he spoke. "No, no, as much as I hate them, I wouldn't pull that on them. Thanks for the offer. Why don't you go head on home and I'll close up sho-"

"No." Evie cut him off as she scowled at him, shaking her head before breathing heavily. "I'll close up shop. That game is important, right? I'm not busy. Nothing to do tonight. I might keep the bar open tonight a lite bit longer. Go on. Have some fun, tell the guys 'Hi' for me, okay?" Jonas was silent for a moment then let out a soft exhale and a chuckle. "Alright, Night Evie." Tossing her the keys as he walked out from behind the counter and shoving his hands in his pockets. "Don't keep the bar open too long!"

The door bell chimed as he walked out. Evie was left alone in the bar as she looked at the key held within her hand before looking back up. Clenching the key in her hand as she bit her bottom lip before speaking out loud to herself. "Damn it Jonas, can't you see I like you...?" Shaking her head as she put the mug she had just cleaned into one of the dispensers, that sweet elixir began to pour down into her mug. The foam rising as it floated to the top.

A few minutes earlier

Amber walked through the dorms doors as she had got done talking to Olivia's boyfriend. Of course she had to be taken. Covering her face as it was raining outside, taking a deep breath as she looked up at the sky. The caramel skinned female ram her own digits through her dark brown locks.

Amber had fixed her shirt as she felt her wings spread wide, she was a mythic. A mythic that was outlawed in some states. Mythics ranged from Angel's, dragon, dullahans, and much much more. As she leaped into the air, she began to fly. Her wings and hair flowing in the wind as the rain droplets pattered against her hair and feathers.

Flying far away from autumn winds university, she wanted to run away. Forget about Olivia. At least for a bit. She needed a distraction. Opening her eyes, looking down as saw a bar. It was still open, flying down quickly as she landed. Shaking herself as the water flew off her. Closing her wings as she opened the door, walking through the door.

The door chimed as she smiled, seeing saw the bartender. The smaller female who stood behind the bar counter. "Hey! Uh... slow day today, huh?" Amber asked as she walked up the counter. Evie rolled her eyes as she chuckled. "Yeah. Something like that, ID please?" Evie asked as she held her hand out. Amber nodded, showing her the ID within her wallet for a moment before putting it away. "I was wondering if you guys had any blackjack cola?" Amber asked as she took a seat at the counter. Evie nodded as she poured a cup out for the other female before her and placed it infront of her.

"So... Amber was it? Cool name. Amber is a very rare name, has a nice ring to it." Evie complimented as she poured herself a drink and took a swig of it. Amber took a swig of her cup as well. "What's your name?" Amber asked as she raised an eyebrow. "Evie. My name is Evie. Pleasure to offically meet you Amber." Amber held her glass cup as she smiled. Evie clincked her cup against Amber's before the both took a swig.

Both girls, drinking to forget their crushes. As they drank into the night, the more they felt their sobriety fade away. "-and I just don't understand why he doesn't like me!? I'M DROPPING HINTS THE SIGNS PLANETS! PLANETS AMBER!" Evie yelled in frustration as she gritted her teeth. Amber yelled out along with her in a drunken rage. "I THINK YOU'RE PRETTY HOT! LIKE LOOK AT YOU!" Evie was silent at Amber's statement before snorting the bursted out into laughter.

"HOW MUCH YOU WANNA BET THAT I CAN BE A BETTER LOVER THAN HE COULD!" Amber shouted as Evie eyes widen before grinning. "That a bet?" Evie slowly slid twenty dollars upon the counter top as she raised an eyebrow. Amber placed her wallet before leaning over, grasping Evie by her turtleneck and pulling her into a kiss. Evie's lips locked against Amber's as both their tongues began to fight for dominance.

Their breath hot and heavy as they kissed, swapping spit and made out. Evie pulled away as she took a heavy shakey deep breath. Saliava connected from her mouth to Amber's. Evie let our a shakey laugh, her thumb rubbing against the taller females cheek. Amber held her hand that was upon her face.

Evie slid the money towards amber, in a sober state, she would have never done this. Yet, she was straight. Sorta. She couldn't be help but be curious, this was her chance to see if she liked it or not. Not only that, she wanted to forget about Jonas for a bit. Experiment a little.

On the other hand, Amber wanted to just forget about Olivia. About the world. Her problems. Everything. She just wanted to forget. Evie placed her hands upon Amber's chest and smiled. A crimson hue upon her cheeks as she spoke.

"I... I uh... how about we head back to my place for a little bit of fun?" Evie asked Amber, Amber nodded looked down at her and pecked her lips a few times. "Thought you'd never ask."

Amber slid across the counter, Evie eyes widen as she saw her do this. The shorter girl yelped as she was swooped off her feet. Amber smiled as she raised an eyebrow. "Where do you live?" Evie was just dumbfounded as she stared at her before muttering. "High Oak University." Amber spread her wings as she began to take off in the sky. Evie screamed in both laughter and fear.

"Holy crap! You have wings!? What are you!? I love you already!"

Amber grinned as she raised an eyebrow. "I'm a Mythic, pleasure to meet you!" With that, Amber swooped into High Oak University, landing as she found her way to Evie's dorm. Kick it open and breaking the lock, she slammed the smaller female onto the bed as she looked down at her. Licking her lips. Amber's golden yellow eyes glowed within the darkness of Evie's dorm. Evie dark aquatic blue orbs was staring up up at Amber's.

Tonight was going to be a fun and long night that... they most likely won't remember.
