"I can't believe they did that!" Soojin burst out, eyes flaming with weakly subdued anger.

Eunseung smiled as they walked down to the boxing room, grateful someone could be dramatic for her.

"I mean, at least give the rest of the captains a chance!"

       Nevermind.

"That's not even the worst part," Eunseung sighed. "I'm gonna be transferred to Class-B, due to 'anger issues' and 'a proneness to violence'. Come on."

Soojin stared at Eunseung, silent for a moment. Then she shrugged. "Well, they're not wrong."

Eunseung shoved her shoulder with a lazy fist, Soojin laughing as she got pushed away.

"Think of it this way: since Class-B has a majority of fighters, if one—or all—try to pick a fight with you, it won't be absolutely boring."

"Hmph. Maybe... Wait, how come you're not in that class then? Muay Tai captain and all."

Soojin thought about it, then shrugged. "Hm. Not sure... Maybe I should get into fights and join you too, huh?"

Eunseung snorted. "Sure. Well, the timing is impeccable. At least we got credit for the science project as a team, right?"

"True," Soojin agreed. "Though it'll be pretty boring without you now."

"Stop acting like I'm leaving the country," Eunseung laughed. "I'm literally down the hall from you."

"But you'll be trapped with all those animals!!!" Soojin wailed, clutching the base of her hair. Then smirked. "And Minam Lee, of course. King of the Class-B Beasts... Or so I've heard."

Eunseung tilted her head, furrowing her eyebrows in thought. "Oh yeah, I'm gonna be in his group, right? It must've slipped my mind. Probably because it's irrelevant to me, but that's just a guess."

Soojin snorted. "Well then, its a wrong guess. Don't tell me you haven't seen him check you out? Damn, you two would be such a badass couple! Daughter of Hyeshin Pak and a National Rookie winner in boxing."

       "Welterweight?"

       "Light Heavyweight."

       "Hm."

"Why?" Soojin grinned, eyes bright with amusement. "You interested?"

Eunseung snorted, half-smile on her face as she shook her head. "Nah, not interested. Besides, I have no time for a relationship."

"Good," someone said behind them. "Since that self-righteous guy isn't looking for one either."

The two girls whipped around, looking embarrassedly at their interupter. It was a boy around their age and height, with fair complexion in contrast to his vibrant red hair. His arrogant, lazy smirk seemed to linger on Soojin longer than Eunseung, even though she was who he was addressing. "Han Gyul Kim, friend of Minam Lee. I'm guessing you're headed to the boxing room now?"

Eunseung nodded, looking him up and down. He slouched a bit, muscles looked weak, skin looked soft, had almost nothing to his stance...

"What, you checking me out?" He grinned cockily. "So blatant. I like your style."

"I was assessing you, not checking you out," Eunseng replied coldly, turning around. They were close now to the gym. She couldve sworn she saw Soojin shudder. "Like it or not, there's a difference."
