Listen to the song attached (The Moon Song by Walker Burroughs) when I put three stars *** to create a nice little effect of listening to it while Waverly and Nicole listen to it...enjoy x

Jeremy had gone home after a little while, as he and his sister were doing something tonight. Waverly, Carmilla, and Laura were now all in Waverly's room getting ready for the party. Wynonna had gone to Shorty's to pick up a shift tonight for some extra money, but made sure Waverly knew to call her if she needed anything or wanted a ride from the party early. Waverly appreciated how much Wynonna worried and cared about her, but she also felt bad that she was some sort of burden on her sister. She tried not to think like that, but it was hard sometimes. Laura could tell Waverly was getting upset about whatever she was thinking about, so she tried to pull the girl out of her own head.

"Waverly, what are you gonna wear tonight?" Laura asked, opening Waverly's closet door to look at all of her clothes. Waverly looked down at her ripped jeans and Purgatory Blue Devils t-shirt and realized she should probably wear something else.

"I'm not sure...what are you guys wearing? Do you want to borrow something from me?" Waverly asked, sorting through the shirts in her closet.

"I'll just wear this, but I'm sure Laura would love to-" Carmilla was cut off by Laura excitedly going through Waverly's clothes.

"YES! I love your clothes, I was hoping you'd let me borrow something." Laura squeeled. Waverly and Carmilla both laughed. Waverly stood next to Laura and tried to find something for herself. Laura ended up deciding on an olive green crop top and a flannel tied around her waste, with the jeans she was already wearing. Waverly decided on a black The 1975 crop top and a pair of ripped jean shorts, along with a pair of vans. She came back from the bathroom in her outfit and Carmilla and Laura both noted how beautiful the young Earp looked.

"Damn Waverly, you look amazing." Carmilla noted.

"My best friend is so beautiful!" Laura shouted, hugging Waverly as she did so. Waverly giggled.

"You guys are the best, I love you so much." Waverly smiled. They still had a bit of time before the party, and Laura and Carmilla were starving.

"Wanna come grab food with us? We were thinking of grabbing some pizza at Shorty's." Laura asked, as the Earps' house was a short walk to and from Shorty's.

"I'll just eat at the party or something, plus if Nicole gets here I don't want her to be waiting for us alone." Waverly noted.

"Sounds good, text us if she gets here before we get back, we don't wanna keep you guys waiting." Carmilla said. Waverly nodded and said goodbye to both of her friends for a bit. She had been texting Nicole all afternoon, and decided to send Nicole a picture of her outfit.

Nicole was at her new house, that she was still trying to get used to, and she was trying to figure out what to wear to the party. She had to leave soon to pick up Waverly and her friends, and she really wanted to look good tonight. She had just met Waverly, but wanted to make some good impressions on her so that maybe she'd have a shot with the most beautiful girl in Purgatory. The were only two problems. 1. She had no idea if Waverly was into girls. She knows how hard it can be to figure out your sexuality, so she knew that she didn't want to push Waverly at all. But who knows, she might just be straight. If that was the case, Nicole would still love to be the young Earp's friend. The second problem was her parents. Nicole's parents had no idea she was gay, and she knew they would never accept her. Her parents were like, super religious. She definitely never wanted to tell them that she was gay, at least while she was in high school. She hasn't told anyone that's she gay, because she's way too worried that her parents will find out. As she was getting lost in her thoughts, her phone buzzed. It was a picture from Waverly, which made her mouth hang open. The smaller girl was wearing a The 1975 crop top, short jean shorts that were ripped, and red vans. It was a simple look, that screamed "it's still summer," and Nicole thought she looked incredible.
