Ethan's POV
"Just let her go. She'll be fine, she just needs space." Y/n said to Aubrey after Veronica stormed out.

"I couldn't stay with him, darlin. I didn't mean to make her go through that, I didn't." Aubrey cried to y/n.

"Wow, this was intense." Anthony scoffed to me quietly.

"Shut up." I said rolling my eyes.

"Ooh back to hating me now?" Anthony smirked.

"Who said I stopped?" I shrugged.

"Well after you and your little girlfriend 'swiped the card', you've been fine with my company." He chuckled.

I grabbed Anthony's shirt and pulled him down the hall so we could speak in a more private atmosphere. He chuckled the entire time.

"Listen, you don't know what you're talking about." I growled at his statement.

"Hey, Ethan my man, it's fine. You got my leftovers and now you feel bad that you weren't her first. It's fine." He said testing my patience.

"What do you mean?" I scoffed at his lousy excuse of words.

"Well, when a girl and a boy really like each other,"

"Shut the fuck up, you don't even know what you think you know." I whispered.

"I know you and y/n are screwing around behind Veronica and I's backs." He said with a sudden serious tone.

My heart froze over with fear. I loosened my grip on him as he lowered my hands with his. He smiled at my blindsided shocked expression.

"Seems like you weren't as careful as you thought you were. Huh buddy?" He smirked at me while patting my back.

"Y-"

"And that weird letter you got one day? Yeah that was mine. I was supposed to make you freak out for a while but then I forgot why I started doing that in the first place. Shit, maybe it was meant to break you and y/n up." He laughed at himself.

"But it didn't even matter because of what happened between you guys at the beach house. When y/n finds out that Veronica knows, you know you guys will be history." He continued, making my blood boil.

"I didn't mean to-"

"Don't even try explaining yourself. We know everything." He sighed; interrupting me.

"Y-You both know? Veronica knows too?" I stammered at his sudden reveal.

"Yeah. She heard your guys' little escapade herself. Broke her to pieces." Anthony tisked at me.

"How? How long? When?" I asked, hoping she didn't hear y/n and I that one night.

Or any of them.

"The first night. I already had my suspicions, but she insisted on keeping her faith in you two." He sighed.

"No." I gasped; knowing we hurt her more than anything has ever hurt her before.
