Chapter 11: Kookie, can we adopt kids?

-The next day-

Jungkook's POV

I woke up feeling plump lips sucking my neck and I slowly sat up and looked down.

Jimin then stopped and look at me, smiling cutely as he gave me a gentle kiss on the lips.

"Good morning Kookie!" He said as he snuggled into my chest.

"Good morning my cute little angel!" I said, rubbing his back and hugging him closely.

"Come on! Let's go wash up so we can have breakfast! I made waffles!!" Jimin said excitedly as he got up and pulled me with him to the bathroom.

-After breakfast-

I turned off the tap and dried my hands on a hand towel. I turned around only to see Jimin sitting on the counter, looking at me as if he has something to tell me.

I gently pinched his cheeks and carried him to the living room. I sat down on the sofa with him on my lap, facing me.

"Is there anything you would like to tell me, baby? You look like you wanted to tell me something..." I said as he hesitated.

"Umm... Kookie, can we adopt kids?" He said softly.

"Sure we can! I love kids! Was that all you wanted to tell me?" I said as I look at his sad face turned into a happy one.

"R-really?"

"Yes baby, why would I lie to you?" I chuckled.

"I-... Actually, I asked Min-kyu last week when he came to pick Sejin up. I asked where he adopted his two kids and he told me that the place was called Min's home. So I was wondering if we could go there now? Since it's the weekends..." Jimin said while playing with my fingers.

"Of course baby! Anything that can make my baby happy! You want to go now?" I asked.

"Yes! Let's go!"

"Then let's hurry and get ready!" I said as I picked him up and ran to our room.

-At Min's home-

We went in and was immediately greeted by a pale skin guy that was around Jimin's height.

"Hi, welcome to Min's home. I'm Min Yoongi, the owner of this orphanage. Is there anything I can help?"

"Umm... we are planning to adopt kids, so do you have any which are suitable for adoption?" I asked, holding onto Jimin's small hands.

"Actually we do have a twin that would be suitable for the both of you to adopt. Please follow me and I will tell you about their story."

We then nodded and followed him into a room, there was a worker there playing with two adorable kids, a boy and a girl.

"Jihoon, I'm here to explain to these two about some stuff as they are planning to adopt, so you can just continue to play with them." Yoongi said as the Jihoon guy nodded and went back to the kids.

"Ok, so, they were found at our doorstep when we came to work one early morning. Apparently, their parents left them there with a note, telling us to take care of them and find them a good family as they are unable to do so. They also left the babies' information like their birth date, blood type, just those basic stuff that we are suppose to know.We of course brought them in and took care of them but we haven't place them up for adoption yet. They are now a year old and we didn't really name them, we just call them prince and princess because they look so beautiful and adorable." Yoongi said.

"But then, if they were not put up for adoption, why did you bring us here?" Jimin asked.

"Well, it's just that, many couples come to adopt kids because they either can't conceive or they don't want to. I would always talk to them and introduce them to some kids that I think might suit them. While doing so, I would observe them, their body languages and all, to determine whether or not they are suitable to adopt them. Of course, most of them were just not ready. Once I told them about all the sacrifices you have to make to take care of them, they quickly change their minds and just left. But when they both of you came in, there was just a different aura. I can't really explain, and also while talking to you guys, I find that the both of you are actually ready for the responsibilities. Throughout the conversation, both of your smiles never fade. So I introduced these two for the both of you." Yoongi said.
