" alright come on we gotta focus please " I begged controlling my laugh .

" Yeah but you can't say no , the usb one was nice " he laughed. 

" It was really nice now please just stop " I begged. 

" Okay but one last " he begged over and over So I had to give in. 

" Alright " I sighed. 

" Okay so a teacher asked in class , what comes after 69 , so guess what the student answered ?" He asked

" Uh 70 " I replied thinking about It hard.

" No he said a mouthwash " he said.  I think upon it and finally realised what it actually meant. 

" Holy fuck brad " I laughed embarrassed , not even knowing what was I actually embarrassed about. 

" But that kid was smart wasn't it " he laughed.  I gave in , laughing along as bad as he was. 

After a couple of minutes of laughing I tried to force him to do the work but he simply continued. I simply had to give up.  All my efforts to complete the assignment together which was his not mine got ruined.

I finally decided to be along with brad as friends. It took me a long time to convince myself to agree to that part but I did , realising more than anything brad was my best friend and besides since we decided to get along he hasn't done something that would make me leave him again.  He's nothing more than just a best friend.  .

" Brad it's almost night , we haven't done anything today and I have to leave now " I said as I looked at the time , considering it was already past 9 , I had to leave. 

" Is it ?" He looked at the time. 

" God , but I loved it honestly " he said

" Yeah , what about your work now?" I asked

" It's alright , we can do it later and you don't need to go back now, you can stay " he said

" Stay ? Brad aren't you going a little- " I was cut off

" Yes I know but I promised your safety didn't I " he said . I sighed. 

" Look we can go back to our place from here " he said and by his mention of our place , I kinda feel closed down and just wanna go away 

" Our place ? You meant like ours , like you haven't given it or like sold it ?" I asked

" Nope . I still go other once every week.  I don't feel like going there , I mean I love the place but I just don't feel like going there you know - alone " he said. 

" I understand " and totally understanding why he's living in the frat house for the most part. 

" Alright I think " I said agreeing to going back to the familiar house I once left. 

We leave the frat house taking the keys to our place and walking since it's not really that far. 

" So , like now have you Started - you know - da- dating and all ?" Brad asked all of a sudden. 

" Uh no not really.  I mean I'm not really into dating for now you know after - us " I replied blushing out of embarrassment.  Why am I so embarrassed today. 

" What about you ? " I asked

" Ye- no I mean I wouldn't consider it as a date I mean I did try to go on one but the girl just ended up bailing on me, like she did came to me , I mean we did meet but she all of a sudden got up and went with her ex boyfriend , kind of leaving me stranded " he said running the back of his neck out of embarrassment.
