Diamond oceans...
I bought them for scuba divers that can't swim...
(Don't drown me in your sins)

Islands...
I bought them so that beaches could play in the sand...
(Rows of vanilla and chocolate next to me...)

I've seen little remorse,
Yet tears of many regrets...
Soggy my eyes have become...
From trying...

I let my pride tell me what to do,
It replaces the heart sometimes...
In case I want to taste the earth slathered in vodka...

Corner store gemstones...
Hidden from my eyes...
I can't buy what is valuable on this land...
Creating homes,
Made of jewelry...
Clear diamonds like ice in water...
Tasting the good life that is bad for me...
