Can we make it to the gold planes?
When we're walking through fire...
Our eyes carrying heaving visions to the sidewalks...
Cry in the silent sunsets...
Where no cars will pass you by...
And reminiscent of when the sky kissed you...
...
We fold our hands,
And fall to our knees...
Climbing to the top of our mind...
And wishing for the Greek Gods to bestow powers in our veins...
Give us a reason to wake up tomorrow...
When our shirts are torn,
And our mouth is a sandpit...
Sinking into the pit and drown in what humanity has thrown away...
...
Swallow the scorpions...
Take the poison into consideration...
Because we will all be free one day...
They promised us...
Just believe its true.
