I hurt my lower back/spine in basket ball and i nearly broke my nose. And whats worse is we still lost the game -.-

Sorry, but my pride gave out on me and i had to take a break from both sports for a short amount of time and writing (the ball smashed into my fingers but some people are making a deal for nothing, some say i look like i was beaten down bad. I would know much from bad or good but i was okay at the time, i was a little but hunched but i am fine now
