The Injury

Chapter 2

Bryan's pov

I felt a little embarrassed when I walked the wrong way. I do not need the others to be worried, I am fine why can't people see that? The doctors told me aslong as I took it easy and rested alot I would be able to walk normally again. I don't really know what happend 2 weeks ago, I was at home when Mrs.Huts decided to drop by and give me my medication. Usually people have to pick them up themselves but she is my neighbour/personal doctor, Mrs.Huts wants to make sure I take the medicine even after all these years.

When she came over I apparently blacked out and hit my head on the coffee table, making my old scar open again. Usually old scars don't open after years of the accident but my head is..fragile, more so then usual. I'm holding the cruches tightly while going inside the kitchen there I see the kitchen is in total chaos. "Guys?...What happend in here?!" Lefty, Neddbear and Rs Foxy walked inside "Well while you were gone we have been practicing our pizza making skills!" I turn to Lefty and sigh "You couldn't clean up after yourself?" "Clean up? But that is so boring"

I took a cloth and started to pull all the food and dough into the trashcan, Spring Bonnie walked up to me holding my shoulder "Bryan I do not think you should be cleaning right now, why don't you go sit down?" "Oh oh maybe we can go play some mini games?" Happy frog said jumping around. I smile to her but I'm not allowed to do heavy stuff, plus I can barely stand and running from a murderer wouldn't go so well. But before I could answer Spring Bonnie or well Afton said "I do not think Bryan is healthy enough for minigames, plus we dont know what that portal will do to him with his injuries" Happy frog looked down sad so I hugged her "Don't worry happy frog, hey how about we play hide and seek inside the pizzeria? Then I would't jump into a portal, don't walk that much and it's a game"

No one's pov

They all agreed under the condition that if Bryan got found he would be sitting down, not walk around to find anyone. This time they used spoons in order not to hurt anyone with actual knives. Afton was sitting this one out though as he wanted to watch over Bryan, after he or well the real Afton lost their youngest son, he knows that head injuries are not to be joked around with. Bryan really should be taking it easy but he looked so happy with the others that Afton didn't want to stop the fun.

Bryan soon got found and he sat down on the Rockstar stage trying to hold his laughter when he saw Lefty (The seeker) walk right next to someone and not notice them. Afton sat down next to him. "Hey Bryan" "Hi Afton, so how have the pizzeria been without me?" "To be honest, boring and the others really didn't know what to do here while you were in the hospital...Bryan what happend?" Afton said worryingly and Bryan sighed "I just hit my head on the coffee table and an old wound opend up, don't worry I am fine" "You say old wound, was it like a cut on your head or?" "Well kind of, it goes around the front of my head kind of. I do not remember what happend or where I got it from, I was in a coma for 5 years after the incident apparently and I woke up with amnesia" Afton kept looking at the bandage "the front if your head?" "yeah, hey I should change my bandage would you like to help me?" Bryan lifted up a bag that sat at the bottom of the stage, he opend it up and Afton saw multiple bottles of pills, bandages, extra clothes and a phone charger.

"Bryan ready for the next round?!" Happy frog said as she jumped over to them and the others walked "Sure guys! Let me just change my bandage and I will be right there" They all stayed, kind of wanting to see how big the injury was. Plus they were worried about him. Afton helped Bryan take of the old bandage, Lefty said he could do it but Afton said no. Lefty can be clumsy sometimes and he didn't want Bryan to get more hurt. Once it was off they all could see stitches all over the top of Bryans forehead, it looked like they were going further in too "Bryan...doesn't that hurt?" "I didn't think it was that big" "What even happend Bryan?!" Rs Foxy, Baby and Neddbear said. Afton took a new piece of bandage and asked Bryan "Do you remember what your old injury was?"

"Yes and no I know the doctors said my frontal lobe was kind of, well not cut off but badly hurt. But I do not know how it got badly hurt" Afton looked at Ballora, when Bryan mentioned an injured frontal lobe they couldn't help but to think of their son. Ballora gave Afton a gentle smile and he finished bandaging Bryan. "Thanks Afton, if I had done it myself it would have gone horribly" Bryan laughs a little and everyone exept Ballora and Afton go back to play hide and seek.

Few hours later

Bryan had said goodbye to his friends as he left the pizzeria. He took the bus back home and carefully sat down on his bed. He closed his eyes for a few minutes before hearing a whisper "Did you forget me?" Bryan sat up, too quickly but he didn't care. He looked around but saw nothing "Ough not again" He reached for his bag only to find out it wasn't there, he panicked for a bit and looked around his house. "I must have forgotten it in the pizzeria...Damn it!" He sighed and went to the kitchen, he had some left over chicken and pasta from the day before and sat down infront of the TV.

"Do you remember what He did to you?" Bryan coughed as he almost chocked on some chicken, he looked around and started to get worried "Who is there? Hello?" No answer came and Bryan decided to go to bed early, his head was killing him anyway. Since he didn't have his bag he couldn't take his medicin for tonight. Bryan brushed his teeth and then layed down, but before he could fully fall asleep he heard the tiny whisper "I will make you remember"
