Kesata's POV

I tried to push back all of the reporters and anchormen.

Endless questions were asked while the camera flashed everywhere, almost blinding me from my path.

I needed to see her. My wife. But i had to change my outfit first before she would suspect.

That i'm not an ordinary country man.

I went home, and i saw my stepmother.

Rei Sanagi.

When she married into the Sanagi family, she had her own daughter as well.

I really had no idea how she ever got my father's attention ever since my mother had passed away.

My mother's name was Asa Sanagi. She was beautiful, but later died from an incurable disease.

Father loved her, but he thought that i needed a stepmother for the best.

How wrong he was.

I would've been fine without any stepmothers or nannies.

I just smiled while ignoring the tension.

"Back so soon ? why don't you have tea when you come back later?" she had a forced fake plastered smile all over her face.

I knew it.

She was going to kill me when i come home. But i played along to pretend i didn't get a clue of what she wants to do next.

So i knew what was coming. I had to warn Mei--

No. No. I can't tell her. I'll just have to give her some instructions if this ever happens.

I know it sounds stupid, but i had to come back. I know anyone else will fly to another country, but no. i wouldn't.

I would join my mother and father, and leave my wife and unborn daughter alone.

If i leave Japan to another country, Newsman and reporters would find me and eventually force me with endless questions.

But death didn't bother me. I don't mind dying in my own country..

But that wasn't the problem.

I had a wife that i really loved, married in secret and even had a daughter.

So after i changed, went out of the Sanagi mansion, got in my car and headed to the countryside.

I went to our cottage and told her what she should do if i didn't come back. She looked at me like a madman.

I was already expecting this to happen..

When i left her with a heavy heart..

I knew she would hate me.
