Dragon Ball Super Tournament of Power Done Right

The Tournament of Power Finally Begins.

In the World of Void, the 8 Universes, with their 10 warriors, gathered for the Tournament of Power that would decide which of them got to survive erasure from the Grand Zeno's. Before the competition officially began, the Grand Minister had an announcement, "Warriors of the cosmos, the Tournament of Power is about to begin, but first I will explain the rules, just in case your Universes Deities did not disclose that information. First, in order to eliminate a competitor, you must throw them out of the ring, where they will be teleported to the stands with their Universes Deities. Even if a competitor is knocked unconscious they are still in play, until they are thrown out. Second, weapons and healing items are not allowed, you may give a competitor a healing item after they are eliminated through. However, items to perform specific techniques are allowed, as long as the items themselves are not deadly. Third, killing is not allowed, if you do kill an opponent you will be immediately disqualified and teleported to the bench. However, if you're killed because you self-destruct yourself or because your own attack was reflected back at you then there is no disqualification. Fourth, the ability to use Flight with your energy has been disabled here, but those who naturally have wings or some kind of physical enhancement can fly that way. Lastly, the competition will last 100 taks, or 48 minutes, when time is up the Universe with the most fighters left in the ring shall be declared the winner. However, if before the time limit is up, only fighters from one Universe remains then the competition will end with that Universes victory. The giant pillar in the center of the ring will descend as time goes on and when it is completely submerged into the ring the time will be up, just so everyone can keep track of the time. At the end of the Tournament, the MVP of the remaining fighters from the winning Universe will be rewarded with getting to wish for anything using the Super Dragon Balls. That is all, the competition will begin when I say go."

The Universe's prepared themselves, especially our heroes from Universe 7, with the team captain Gohan saying, "Alright, everyone, remember teamwork is the way we're going to win."

Vegeta commented, "Whatever!"

While Freeza smirked, "Well, I suppose I'll keep that in mind."

Krillin got into his battle stance and turned to his wife, Android 18 and said, "Just stay close to me, babe."

18 replied in her usual somewhat monotone voice, "Right."

The Grand Minister shouted, "GO!"

Warriors from the Universes charged in for battle, with fists, kicks, and energy blasts flying everywhere, causing the Grand Zeno's to go, "OHHH!"

Goku, upon seeing the Pride Troopers of Universe 11 in a circle formation, with Jiren in the center, charged in shouting, "Let's go, Jiren!"

Gohan shouted, "Dad, what about the plan?"

Just then, Vegeta and both Android 17 and 18 took off too. Seeing this Freeza laughed, "Well if everyone else is going, I might as well too. I'm going to enjoy this little reprieve from my prison." He started walking forward and firing his own red energy blasts at competitors.

Gohan sighed, "I figured Freeza would leave right away, and my dad and Vegeta wouldn't stay long, but I didn't think the Androids would take off too."

Master Roshi said, "Don't worry, Gohan, half our team is still here."

The rest of Universe 7 tightened their formation. While on the bench, in the Universe 7 section, the God of Destruction Beerus slumped his head and said, "These mortals will be the death of me, literally."

As Goku approached Universe 11, he shouted, "Jiren!" However, before he could get close Shosa and Majora of Universe 4 intercepted him. As the 3 traded punches, Goku shouted, "Get out of my way!"
